Worst experience I ever had inside a bank do not waste your time go to a different branch their manager are horrible they're not helpful they don't care about you and they don't even know what they are talking about or doing save yourself a hassle talking to those bunch of idiots

I just took off one star because of a recent visit where I had an appointment for the free notary services. As members, my daughter and I have always used this service with no problems; however, when we arrived for the appointment to simply have my daughter's signature witnessed and notarized to get a copy of her father's death certificate, we were told that they no longer notarize anything other than bank-related/financial items. The person was kind enough to direct us to the nearest auto tag place to find a notary; but nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed.

It was a very good experience. Rick was an extremely nice guy and kept me up to date on everything.

Wait time this past Firday was very good. Richard answered my questions and was vewry nice to deal with.

Kyle was very welcoming for our check in and Becka was very efficient with our new account and deposit. It was an easy pleasant experience. They have great rates and service.

My experience is always excellent at this AMH branch. My only suggestion would be, if waiting for a customer service representative add a sign to let people know to sign in to let them know who's next.

Went to open at CD and got 5%. Teller (or whatever the correct description is today) was very helpful and efficient.

Becka was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was extremely professional and took care of my concerns. Everyone I encountered in the branch was pleasant and a joy to work with.

Some unexpected complications with opening an account (should really be a WHOLE lot simpler!) but the manager stuck with it, overcame every obstacle and was SO encouraging and patient. We walked away feeling like the people at the Lansdale branch really went the extra mile.

Anthony was very helpful in securing my funds, I have been a customer of American Heritage for five years and I feel very secure having accounts with them.

Mr. Benton is the absolute BEST bank manager I've came in contact with thus far. He was very informative with all my financial needs and wants. I'll give him 10 ️️️️️️️️️️
