I've been with this credit union forever, best credit union, will never deal with a bank again.

Please be careful getting a loan from American Heritage. They are clever loan sharks that keep you in debt. They prey on the unknowing and give you incentives to help pile up your debt forever. If you have financial problems try seeking a free non profit debt counselor / consolidator organization that's registered with the government. They don't cost you anything and will give you the best advice on how to help yourself out of debt. They will advise you whether you should get a loan. Don't go to anyone who ask for money. American heritage has sneaky little things they do to keep you in debt. They give you more money without your permission when they see you have a no spending credit. It may seem like a really nice thing to do but its really a psychological debt trap that those with poor financial management will probably take advantage of. Once you spend the additional money you increased your debt. Now I see why American Heritage is growing building more banks from the poor making them rich

I understand that perhaps AHCU may not have gotten the business they had anticipated when they opened a branch in our company's building and subsequently decided to close the branch. Not quite sure though why the ATM had to be removed as well considering the fact that there are some employees who opened accounts for the sake of convenience. I hate to close the account but it's no longer convenient to make deposits or access my funds.

Everyone is always polite and courteous. I can always get answers to my questions no matter who i ask

The one thing I do like about American Heritage if you loose your credit card they replace it same day on the spot and can be used the same day

Getting a loan is easy. Customer Service was nice. That is about it, trying to pay your loan is a pain. There is no way to pay your monthly payments online. If you want to do auto pay, you have to set it up through own bank since they do not offer it. If not, you have to go to one of their locations and pay by check, which is done by kiosk. The lack of convenience is just not worth it.

I have been using them for many years. They have been helpful with saving my money for my retirement. The tellers are all respectful and helpful and even actet houts tbey serve you. I even like their retirement seminars. I am glad i use them.

I honestly didn't know some branches were private! I broke my neck getting to 2301 to deposit my check only to be informed that there service was only for employees in the building! Fortunately there was another branch just down the street on 21st & Market

Horrible services! Just left this location. Somehow the person that got there AFTER me was called first? After waiting 20 minutes I just decided to leave! The services in Northeast is way better!

Been banking with them for over 30 years. I’ve used AHFCU for mortgages.other loans, ATM, direct deposit, etc. Always been happy with them.

Pretty good service. It would be more beneficial to customers if you guys hire more customers service representatives
