I've been with this company for a year and found out they've been sending me the wrong full fask mask for my CPAP machine. I even got a nose mask when I was to get a full face mask. EVERY month I have to order my supplies I go thru a nightmare trying to order/get them. They use the excuse all the time they're short staffed. I was told someone was going to come to me for a proper fitting and then told me she was too booked with other patients well what about me I'm a patient too. Then the manager said I could call him anytime I needed to and I did and he didn't do anything either.
