I got a estimate and quickly decided to go ahead with the work.they are profecionals and very good at giving you the right info. The sales rep bald matt was amazing and it was a great experience. I did not think i would say that about giving someone my money.

Sharon was informal and satisfactory. Very pleasant and didn't talk about politics. We are happy with our decision to go with American Remodeling.

Unfortunately I have to do an update to this, and this portion has absolutely nothing to do with Sharon and I want to make that very clear. After dealing with Sharon and getting a contract set up for a new roof, everything seemed to go well. The problems started with the finance manager, Kelly. She decided to hang up on my girlfriend twice when she was calling for more information about the contract. Had an extreme attitude problem which made me decide to cancel the contract within the allowed time to do so. I was willing to work with the VP since he handled the situation somewhat well. I had put $1000 down for the roof, which has a ten day waiting period to get back in the event the contract is cancelled. It's now going on a week past the ten day waiting period and I have yet to receive my down payment money. So I'm considering it theft at this point. This was also finding out that the contract was completely void from the start because the company has yet to update their change of address, just an fyi for you guys. I want to say again that Sharon was an absolutely wonderful rep for the company, this is strictly about the VP and Kelly. I'm not saying they treat all their customers this way, just want to inform people before you're going through this. I will personally never do business with this company, wether I receive my down payment money or not at this point. I will never recommend this company to anyone, I will in fact suggest that anyone look in to any other company for roofing/remodeling needs. I know this was a long review, but something needed to be said publicly.

I used them for our basement floor. We did an epoxy floor in our gutted basement and it only took them a few hrs in that day. It looks great and has a lifetime owner transferable warranty. We are now using them for our roof. Evan was the rep who came out and just like the rep we had for our basement very friendly and professional.

After years of talking, we are finally getting our new bathroom. We picked American Remodeling Enterprises Inc. Matt met with us for the entire evening, and gave us some great advice.

Sharon was fantastic, helpful, Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Can’t wait to get our addition done.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Mike S at my home to get an estimate for my window replacements. He is an excellent representative of your company. He throughly and patiently explained the installation process, financing and pricing to me and my wife. We are looking forward to new windows and hope to give another 5 star review for the installation.

John the salesman was very professional and offered a wealth of information. He showed us different types of siding and roofing. Based on the customer service we received over the phone, pricing and the estimate visit with John, we have decided to use this company for our siding, roof and gutter guard replacement project. We look forward to getting the work done!

Updated: Changed from 5 stars to 2. We asked for an adjusted estimate to remove one of the projects we were originally going to get since it would cost more than we would like to spend. We called the office twice (two different days) and was told we would get a call back from John the salesman or the VP. Neither called and the next day the salesman texted us and pretty much said its out of his hands and we need to speak to the VP. Still no call from the VP. Maybe they are extremely busy, but that's ok. We have decided not to get any of the projects done by them. I guess it was all about the salesman getting a deal. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Sharon was very friendly. Worked very hard to meet my goals for my home improvement needs.

Just had composite windows and a sliding glass door installed! Michala, Jason and all the crew was amazing! Pricing compared to others was also amazing for the quality products we received. We went with the metal roof overlay. There was a hiccup with the start date but the crew showed up and was done in a day. My wife works from home on the phone and there was no problem with noise. Michala called to let us know she would be coming out for the pictures.very pleased with the new roof.

I received a better price by than Window Nation offer and American Remodeling offers a better product. John was very helpful and polite.
