Best haircut I've had in a long time. Finally! I found someone who knows how to cut mens' hair. The shave experience was fantastic as well. Highly recommended.

Ryan is the best barber around. His cuts/fades are 10 out of 10. Every time I get a cut people always comment how good it looks. The shop is a great atmosphere and Ryan is a beast. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for a couple of years now. I absolutely love the haircuts I get. He always cuts it right. Sometimes, when he is booked I go somewhere else and I always end up swearing to never get a haircut from anyone but Ryan at American Shave House again.

Hadn't had a haircut or proper shave in months. Left looking like a new man. Highly recommend making an appointment for your next haircut and shave.

True happiness is getting a haircut every other week. There is no place I would rather have it done than at American Shave House. Ryan is the best barber I have ever gone to. Recently, he suggested to me a new hairstyle, taught me how to style it, and about any products that I may need to get the same look that I have after a fresh cut from him. That's hairstyle leadership that you won't find with your typical stylist/barber.

All I can say is WOW. I have never had a professional beard trim before. Ryan took great care of me and the beard looked terrific when he was done. Will definitely be going back!

For the third time in 5 months Ryan canceled on me the morning of my appointment. Yes, I should have never returned after being first stood up with no email or call the first time I made an appointment. I gave him a second chance and he again canceled on me but sent me the attached email. I had written off this place to go back for a cut until he said my next appointment I make was on the house.

I arrived yesterday for my appointment to only have him tell me when I walked in that he had to cancel on me because he had a flat tire he had to fix and could maybe fit me in later in the afternoon. I was about to lose it on him but a small child was getting a cut and didn't want to act out of hand in front of the him. He said he sent me an email in the morning but like many others I stay away from my emails on weekends.

I rarely leave reviews but in this case I had to. The flat tire can wait next time you have a client who made an appointment. Truly unprofessional and lack of care for this barber. Lost all my business and I hope others see this and take it into consideration when going to this establishment.

Ryan is by far the best barber in Lansdale (I have tried quite a few barber shops as well as salons in the area). His attention to details and precision in giving you a perfect haircut is really commendable. Once you tell him what you are looking for, he just goes about his business in his own calm way and you end up with slick and sharp looking hair.

Had appointments at 10 and 10: 30 am for my boys. Sent my wife over with them and they sat on the steps waiting for the place to open up. Got an email at 10: 15 that their appointments had been canceled and they would try to squeeze me in tomorrow. First time trying this place and won’t be back.

Great shop! Ryan is master at his skills. Definitely go see him for a cut and shave when possible.

Of all of the barbers in the Lansdale area, Ryan is by far the very best.
Always a great cut. Has never let me down.
I first encountered Ryan at one of "the other" barber shops in town; and after he left there just never could get that perfect cut. Not that I am super picky, but I have high standards. Ryan always meets those standards, and exceeds them.
The shop has a great nostalgic feel with great artwork and music to match. The on-line booking makes it easy and convenient to schedule my cut. I always enjoy my time at the American Shave House. And I am always happy with my slick fade.

I came to get a fade and I was ignored by Ryan and I waited for over AN HOUR! I was so shocked because my friend gets his fades done there. I felt unwelcomed and just left. So unprofessional!

Wouldnt entertain any other person dealing with my hair. Never left a place feeling more confident. So when you have a good recipe, you dont mess with it. Thanks guys

After many disappointing cuts from other barbers, my boys finally got perfect cuts! The Sinatra in the background was a pleasant change from the typical barber shop rap. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
