We had a 24x35 garage built Thursday September 28th by Josue and his crew. They did a fantastic job and put it up in one day! They were polite and professional the entire time and put it all together very quickly. While there were issues with the company leading up to the installation, Josue's work was great and is the reason for a positive review. Installation would be 5/5 stars, planning and communication beforehand would be 2/5.

My experience when calling the company for pricing and ordering was flawless. I talked to Carlos and he was very knowledgeable and patient. We helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Everything went exactly as planned.
The install date came and the crew arrived a little earlier than thought, they began right away unloading and building within minutes of arriving. The entire crew worked together like a well oiled machine, each having a job to do then all the pieces go together perfectly. Then before you realize, they are done. They cleaned up what little mess that was made during the install and load up their tools and off to the next install.
My overall experience with with company and the product is fantastic. This was actually the second carport purchase from them with 15 plus years apart. Completely satisfied with the products appearance, the quality material and design, and also the knowledge of the staff from 1st call to the company to the installers completing the job. I strongly recommend American Steel Carports. You will NOT be disappointed.

I purchased my carport at Lamberton Sheds in Hamlin, PA. The construction was done by Miguel and a crew of 3. They were very professional and cleaned up the area of any dropped screws and other debris. I would highly recommend American Steel Carports out of Wilkes Barre.

4 workers arrived a little after 8am on a Saturday. 61/2 hours later had my 20×18 carport up. Did an excellent job. I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

Put up in a timely manner, but the building leaks. Didn't want to make it right so we are stuck sealing it ourselves. I PD for a building that isn't supposed to leak. Will not be using company again

They were prompt and worked arduously until the job was completed. They were meticulous when they left the job site.

The crew that came out and installed the building were so efficient, professional, knowledgable, and they cleaned up the whole area upon completion. It was obvious that the crew had built hundreds of these units. Everybody knew their job and their ability to work so efficiently made for an extremely fast build without sacrificing quality.

We absolutely love our new garage from American Steel Carports. It's strong and beautiful and very competitively priced. The team that installed it was fast and professional. I would definitely buy my next storage project from this company!

The response time was unacceptable. Structures themselves were less than admirable as they leaked water tremendously. The leak could have been avoided with less than $50 worth of sealant under the base rails. When questioned their response was" we don't offer that service".
If I had to do this again I would avoid them. Emphatically! They had to send out a service team to take the trash with them as the first time they came out. They said they can't take it as it may blow out of their truck. The base rails were not secured which is why they had to come back out. I was told the job would take 2 days. It took three as the first day they came out at 5: 00 p.m. To get started. I called to make inquiries about the problems and my calls were not answered in anything that could be considered a timely fashion. In closing I would never recommend this company. I went through big buildings direct who used a third party installer which made all the situation worse.

Took forever to build.when they were done it leaked in the one corner.again took them 4 months to come fix it.customer service is terrible they act like your lieing.stay away from this place unless you like waiting forever and shotty work!
