5Never go to this store to buy windows! You will be cheated, you will lose money, and your business will be delayed. In my 20 years in business, I have never come across a store with such a bad reputation! You will never get the window you booked on time. They will delay it again and again. Every time you call, they will say tomorrow, tomorrow and next week. In the end the window was never obtained. What a terrible experience.
Treat their employees like modern day slavery, Windows are made cheap & are terrible. Dont listen to the Fake 5 star reviews. This place deserves no stars
I wish more interactions with a business were this seamless. I brought a broken window in at 9am and it was done by 11am. Fair price and great service. Highly recommended.
Recently had windows installed by a company who purchased them through American Vinyl; when I noticed flaws in the glass I was left to deal directly with them. Donna was great to work with, they provided glass for all 6 windows & connected me with a repair company who was awesome. They really stood by their product & provided a quick and easy solution
Horrible customer service! No one was willing to listen and understand our needs. I was looking to order 10 plus windows but decided they didn’t deserve my business with such a lazy and unapologetic attitude.
