America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Philadelphia PA

The store located at 1315 Walnut street Philadelphia. The staffs and the manager are great. You will see the welcoming faces when you enter this store. And I love seeing the manager Dina assisting her staffs with Patient and respect. I was not happy with the other store I went few months ago and I am glad that I came to this store to get my additional glasses. Wonderful staffs keeping your great manners and your beautiful smile.

The nice man in a hat that put a screw in my glasses is awesome! What a great employee have there! I don't know if it was the manager who but when I think the awesome guy he accepted my things which was kind of odd.

The glasses are good and the person who did my eyes first testing as well as the doc were professional. However, The service sucks from a group there and it seems like they are not trained for customer service taking in consideration this is an eye care place. The first person I had on the phone was very Rude and she had a Philly accent. I decided to hang up on her because she was just bad on the phone. The place really need so much customer service training.

This was my second time there it’s aways positive vibes plus they have great Extended fit glasses plus they give me 40% off my purchase!

While the staff is super, you get what you pay for with the glasses. Cheap quality. Also, I had to go back to my old glasses because the new prescription was off.

I can't recommend them enough. Jenny took care of me. I needed a new pair of glasses. She was super helpful and friendly. She got me a great deal on a pair of glasses that I'm very pleased with.
