NICK WAS AWESOME. The whole staff was kind and amazing. Clean professional and affordable.

I went to the store in Harrisburg. Jaci, the optician, was incredibly helpful! I always used my contacts and never had glasses before, so I needed a lot of guidance. She really went above and beyond to help me get the right glasses for my site and the most attractive frames for my face. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will be using America's Best in the future.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing eyeglasses. My eyeglasses had to be ordered three times due to imperfections in the lenses that could clearly be seen by anyone. Apparently they do not inspect their eyeglasses before they are shipped from their lab! Really poor quality control. I also can't believe that when you pick your glasses up, no one makes sure that that you can see out of the eyeglasses clearly or to make sure they are fitting properly! The Manger Kay is rude, and completely unprofessional and makes you feel like you're the problem even though it is definitely a company issue! She definitely needs major help with her customers service skills! Bottom line is that I will never buy glasses from any America's Best Eyeglasses again!

I love this place the staff is so friendly so helpful very polite and you may go back as many times as you want to get your glasses adjusted and they are happy to see you. I would recommend 110%. This is a place to go there's no other place like it try it find out for yourself I think you'll be happy

I had an appointment on 5/27 at the Jonestown Road location in Hbg, Pa.it was fantastic. I didn't know what to expect from the remote exam, but it was great. Very futuristic, the staff were very professional and polite. This was one of the best staffs I have encountered. I only go to Americas Best and I will always request the remote exam's. Ms. Jaqueline would like to thank everyone working at this location for their knowledge and kindness. The Best customer service ever. Looking forward to getting all the glasses I picked out. Again, Thank you.

I had excellent experience with Jaci. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Not only did she help me find the perfect glasses but she made me enjoy the visit as well, will definitely come back to see her in the future.

Everyone I had contact with was exceptional. They were both professional and personable. I watched how they would help each other without being asked and calm an unreasonable customer like pros. I had special circumstances and Amanda was so accommodating. Wendy answered my questions and made me feel right at home. Miss Kay kept things light-hearted so I felt at ease with the testing. Dr. Singh addressed all my concerns, explained the images of my eyes and got me in better contacts than I had from other offices. And finally Nick got me set up with two great pairs of glasses for a wonderful price. Can you tell I'm impressed with this staff? !

Had appointment at 11: 20 AM. Went in at 11: 10 AM and got checked in immediately.
All the staff members were really friendly and easy going. Checked in and went out just as fast. Love this location. I will definitely go back again for yearly check ups.
