I forgot to leave my gate open and they came early morning when I was still sleeping and decided to rip through the side of my fence rather than give me a call to pump my septic tank.

Horrible, the lady on the phone said someone would be by later in the day but no one showed up. The next morning this guy that seemed to be either drunk or high pulled into my driveway blocking my car, well I was in the shower because they weren’t open yet (We called because they didn’t show up the night before, so I jumped in the shower quick figuring they weren't open yet), so my mother goes out and he says my car isn’t in the way he can go around the car to pump the backed up sewer. Then my poor mother who is 78 years old got upset because the lady on the phone said payments could be made because it was an emergency.well I guess this angered the man, he decided the car needed to be moved NOW and my mother does not drive so I had to do it I was already trying to hurry to get outside so I quickly leave the shower shampoo still in my hair roll it up in a towel and this man starts wailing on the horn, still rushing I grab the only cloths I could find I get outside and I throw my hands in the air and say "I’m coming I was in the shower I’m not coming out naked, you could have called" well he stars swearing and yelling at me say "I AIN'T GOT TIME for this sh, either move the car or I am leaving, " Okay well you have to move so I can move my car, (My car was up as far as it could go). He starts yelling at me again saying the same statement I aint got time for this sh. I walked to my car and waited for him to move but he just kept yelling out his window you have to move your F.car, ” Then, “I aint got time for this sh.and left, my mother was in tears it was terrible. I don’t think anyone should be treated like that, be forewarned they are nasty people.and it was actually the 2nd time they had to come the previous year they did some other work and that first time they were still very rude but at least that time they didn’t curse and threaten us leaving my mother in tears and that time they did send a bill and it was paid off quickly so I dont know why this man had to act like this other than he was drunk or something other.
