I just have to say that this place is great! I bought a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee from them. I was in the search for one for months. Finally found one on this lot online and I called and he scheduled an appt with me that day. Came in and test drove and purchased this beautiful jeep. The whole process was easy. I was nervous but Sam was very nice during the purchasing of vehicle and then to do the paperwork and plates I dealt with a mom and daughter and I feel bad I can’t remember their names. But they made our wait non existent by talking with us and being personable. We had a waiting room with us and a couple others in it so they were busy. But they never let that get in the way of their customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. They sell cars, repair cars and inspections and I’m pretty sure they do penndot online work. This place was great to me! I’m so thankful. Thank you amicars inc.and all employees you have a great team.

The woman at the desk is the most ignorant miserable female I’ve come across. Mechanic gave me a price for inspection with cash and credit. Went to pay and she gave me a totally different number. She’s pocketing money and isn’t good for your business. The mechanic is very nice but with her being at the desk will be losing business.

They are dishonest liars, I took my car to an oil change where I had to change some parts and they moved the muffler and damaged it, my car started to sound very hard, they gave me a quote of $100 for labor and at the time of pay they charged 225
They did not want to respond for the damage to the muffler, they are definitely the worst
And the owner is rude and disrespectful

Trash place I feel bad people take there cars there very nice in the beginning then there just unhonest very sketchy. Car had 109,426 when I bought it ended up having 500 miles added on the next day after I bought it. From where idk but from Easton to Virginia it's like 300 miles and a 6 hr drive

The owner doesn’t respect Hispanics at all always talking down to the employees screaming at them doing the job they are there to do. Also going through. The employees tool boxes and. Laughing in there faces

Finding a good mechanic is hard today, but this is a great shop for the multiple times I have brought my car here. The prices are very reasonable and the work is done well, if only one strike would be communication with the customer, but they are a fairly busy shop too. Cars are expensive to own, and recently, my car needed repairs that I didn't have the money for, and Ami allowed me to pay in installments to pay off what I owed. My car runs great now. They work with their customers, and that alone is a reason to return. I plan to bring it back in the future. Ami and his team are great! If you live in the area, give them a call, and you won't be disappointed.

I was so appreciative to find a dealership that offers a range of prices for used cars and, even more than that, I was deeply grateful that, when the car we purchased started indicating transmission problems, they took the car back to have their mechanic and then a dealership look into the problem further and, when they discovered it did have a bad transmission, they gave me a full refund. Other dealers might have just told us, "Oh well. You already bought the car and now it's your problem" but Amicars really demonstrated that they value great customer service. I would definitely purchase another car from them and will recommend Amicars Inc to others!

Liz was great! I was skeptical about purchasing a car from here based on the reviews I’ve read. But when it comes down to it you should always have a mechanic with you when buying a car. An honest salesman will allow you to inspect the vehicle before purchase. Liz allowed us to put the car on the lift and check everything before we purchased it she also instructed us to go on a test drive not down the street but on the highway to make sure it shifted right and everything was good. I purchased a 2010 Honda CRV it didn’t need a blend door actuator which they ordered and tried to fix my boyfriend is going to have to make some adjustments because it’s not 100% fixed yet. However they did replace my axle because it had a small leak. I felt that they were very honest and we got a good car for a good price in this market. I would send a friend here for a vehicle. Ask for Liz.
