I'm excited to write this review and let me start off by saying if you want to buy or sell a home and you need a REALESTATE agent look no further Amy is as good as it gets. I have worked with other agents in the past and it always felt like I was being sold something. When I started to work with Amy the entire process felt extremely detailed and her professionalism was amazing. She would walk through homes with me and point out things that looked wrong and I truly appreciated the fact that she was not just another agent trying to make a commission. My wife and I have been looking for a home for about 5 years now and once the prices of homes sky rocketed from the 2020 pandemic we felt defeated that is until we met Amy. She showed us programs that allowed us to not only get a home but we literally have no PMI (Property Morgage insurance). From this day forward if we find someone who is selling or buying a home we highly recommend Amy. Anyone who has ever had to settle an estate knows how completely overwhelming it can be. One of the biggest tasks is selling the house/property. And that's where Amy and her team come in. Let me tell you how much she took off my plate because she is so amazing at her job. She was able to hook me up with clean-out people as well as having investment buyers lined up the even before we were ready to post the listing. This allowed me to sell the house in just a few days.
