1 of the worst companies to work for ever half the time they mess up your pay and take months to fix it they don't care about your family they have there own hidden agenda a good ol boy system

They are OLD SCHOOL. Unless you a white straight male or a white straight female I would steer clear of working here. They do not like different from what they already have had working there for 20 years. They enjoy keeping it an atmosphere where most “normal” people feel comfortable. If you are not “normal” they will find a way to fire you. Even after you stand up for yourself. They have fired most of the new people they have hired. Do the math as to why. If you choose to move forward anyways make sure you keep your points under 16 or they will use that as an excuse to get rid of you. Their top pay is less than most in the area, and you’re moving HEAVY windows. No productivity bonus even if you manage to do 80+ loads and the guy next to you does 7. There is no benefit to working hard. Very political atmosphere. Good luck:)

Horrible, dishonest management and HR, they fabricate stories and attempt to force dock workers to lie for management. Managers have little to no experience and absolutely no training. Docks are not OSHA compliant. Bonus system and rate increases are nonexistent. Some are there for 20 years and still make 21.65, which is their top rate. No cost of living increases. Point system is unfair and used to discriminate against the workers. Not used consistently for every person. Appears to be biased against Latinos and blacks. Overall horrible environment. Employees have walked out due to hostile work environment.
