Andora's Bubble Tea Shop reviews
15 UPDATE: I’m still not coming back here. Your boba tea doesn’t taste like it should, period. You can say anything you want about how you have changed it up and how you’re different than other shops. I’ve been to other boba shops that use real sugar and honey, and that have multiple milk options. This is exactly my point: I’ve been all over and your boba is lacking in flavor. If you want to do it different than anywhere else, you should advertise it as such. It is really frustrating as an Asian to see this happening when I am looking for authentic. Plus you way overprice your imported snack items. There are many websites you can get these items for a lot cheaper. If you want a real boba tea, I would still not recommend this place, especially if you haven’t had it before.
**Honestly, their boba needs a lot of work. Completely tasteless every time we go, which it shouldn’t be. When I ask for boba, they correct me and say it’s “tapioca. ” Bōbá is the Chinese and Taiwanese name for the tapioca pearls.: (
The textures of the tapioca are never consistent (sometimes they’re cooked too much or too little.) Also, If you aren’t going to soak the boba in brown sugar syrup, which is what ALL bubble/boba tea shops do, then you have to advertise that they will be tasteless.
I hope you can see this and please retrain your staff correctly, because your boba is not on point and hasn’t been for a long time. Best of luck to you guys, but we will keep going to F&F poke bowl. They at least know what they’re doing there.
My daughter's and I love Andora's (if we're going downtown, it's a MUST), but the last 2x we've gone, I've been ripped off by the same unfriendly cashier by atleast $10. Not sure if she's self-tipping or just ringing up orders wrong, but 2 small + 1 large bubble teas doesn't = $32. I was not given a receipt or total, so once again am finding on my bank statement that this same kid overcharged me for the 2nd time in 2 months.
Andora's is a 5 star establishment and gem in Erie, but the owners need to watch + better train their newer hires.
I’ve been going to Andora’s over the last year or so. They have refreshing seasonal options and solid constant picks, their original blend tea w/ whole milk and tapioca being my usual. They also have a very nice selection of imported snacks and Knick knacks.
The teas were prepared very quickly, and they were pretty good. The interior is nice as well.
My adult daughter and I LOVE everything about Andora's - except maybe the location. We wish there was one closer to us! Haha
Andoras is amazing, great staff, unique and tasty snacks and the drinks are so good. Only thing I wish they could add to the business is indoor seating for bad weather days
My only complaint is that I can't order a gallon of bubble tea. It's so good and I love looking at the cute plushies and imported snacks.
I want to get his place a five star I've been going here for a very long time since it open and the past month and a half I encountered certain workers that's not too friendly when you come in where's though when I always came before it was the greatest friendliest environment ever now they have a few new workers that's not too friendly and make me want to turn around and leave I hope this could be fixed because I really love this place the best boba tea place in Erie
An absolutely wonderful place to visit! Besides the bubble teas and selection of treats being top notch, the employees are so so nice!
My first time trying, absolutely amazing. The drink was perfect staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back soon:)
Got a banana milk drink and it was delicious, also have a selection of snacks that are kinda like not seen around here, and the staff is very friendly, definitely worth an hour drive, recommend to anyone in the area, watch your step going in and out
Both times I’ve went the staff has a horrible attitude. Don’t greet customers, say you’re welcome or respond to have a nice day. Yikes.
Every time we come to Erie, we make a stop for bubble tea and stickers! Absolutely the best around (actually one of the only ones around).
Love andoras! My kids and I love to get boba and try all the different flavors every visit. Also, they have many different plushies available if you're into anime which my family is. They have a section that has all kinds of food and treats to try from Japan which is great as well. The prices are very affordable for everything
