I’ve been coming here for years to purchase soccer cleats. This time the young man at front desk was rude, apathetic and seemed to be high. I understand it’s the holidays and you may not want to work, but this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Customer Service is the worst in the business. God forbid you need to get a hold of someone and all you get is voice mail and dial tones. Absolute garbage!
