Awful job with my gel manicure. Scraped my nailbeds, no attention to detail, rushed service.

I’m really glad I chose this place. Service was fast but not rushed, place was very clean. I hate going to a nail salons and feeling rushed, Tina did such a good pedicure and I will be back!

First experience at Angels Nails today. My technician was efficient and friendly. Nice, clean, and relaxing environment! Will be back!

Absolutely love it! I just got my nails done and that extremely wonderful. Tom did a very good job on my pink and white ombré full set. The shop always clean and the staff is very friendly. Will come back soon ️ Yêu Angel’s Nails lắm

I would like to begin this by saying: I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. Manicures and pedicures every 3 weeks. After today, I will never return. My nail technician (who left 3.5 months ago) was the only one who takes their time, and values good work. Each time I’ve gone back I’ve tried different technicians; they all have rushed the job and my nails pay the price. Today was the straw that broke the camels back.
I had a couple hours free this afternoon so I called to see if they could squeeze me in, as I have an event this upcoming weekend. They said it was no problem. I do not know the name of my technician today (she’s at the first desk when you come in, beware). She removed the dip I had on from not even two weeks ago (that had ALREADY started chipping). I asked her to do two coats of the clear powder, as that’s what my old tech would do since my nails are so frail. She told me that’s not typical and it would make my nails look thick. I said my previous technician never had that issue so please do it. I was insistent on this because my nails kept chipping so quickly after I got them done. The appointment only got worse, as she put on a different color than I had picked out? She dipped them so quickly and carelessly, the whole nail wasn’t even picking up powder. After she was done coating my nails in the powder she started to file them down. I asked her to keep them even with the one nail I had broken, which she couldn’t seem to manage. My thumbs are two different lengths and my left middle finger is completely crooked. She made me bleed several times on several different fingers. That has never happened before, I do not have sensitive cuticles. This was such an overall painful experience not just physically but mentally as I tried to correct her and she assured me she was fixing it. I have given this place one too many chances, don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Sooo disrespectful! I asked the price of the pedicures and he said I would have to come in he couldn’t tell me over the phone.then he hung up on me! Sooooo glad I never gave him my business. Worst salon ever

I previously wrote a negative review, which I am now rescinding. I was unaware that they were short staffed on the day I was delayed. I have come back, because they really are a great nail salon

The facility is very clean and organized.
I really enjoyed my nails, they were perfect!

Always a great job. "E" did my nails this time and she went above and beyond. I bumped my toenail on the way over for my manicure and she fixed it as it never happened. Then we didn't have a matching color for my gel nails and she was sooo patient in figuring that out and even offered to put that color over what she did on my toenails. I appreciate how accommodating she was.

I went there to get my acrylics removed and a manicure. The First Lady I got did not seem like she knew what she was doing. About 5 minutes in she made my pinky nail bleed because of the way she was trying to get my acrylic nail off. They filed down and clipped but before they soaked my nails they used an acrylic nail to try to get in between my natural nail and acrylic to get off. Two other of my nails are punctured due to the way they were trying to take my nails off. They switched me to this guy. He took the time to try to get it off and cared if he hurt me. He did a good job with my manicure also. Everyone was very nice but I’m not pleased with the way my nails were getting removed. I wouldn’t recommend here for acrylic removal.

They were all very friendly. My nail tech did my nails exactly how I wanted them!
Edit: If you do not like the design they do, they will argue with you about it. I showed a picture to the nail tech to make sure it was possible, evidently it was not but she said she could do it. Once, i mentioned that i didn’t like it and would like a plain color instead she made snarky comments like “maybe lighter nails are more for you and not dark, ” I explained that it was not the color but the design and she continued to argue with me to the point where I had to say that I’m not there to argue. This is not how you treat people who are willing to pay, especially for your overpriced services, $60 for a fill & to fix a broken nail. This place is a joke.

Great staff and quality work. I opted for the gel polish. I was told it would last 2 weeks and it ended up lasting 3. I had been to another nail salon and it couldn’t even come close to Angels. They do an incredible French manicure!

I have been going to this nail salon the last 4 months and I was happy with my French manicure dip by Dave. The place was clean and he was friendly. He left and unfortunately my visit today did not go well. I was actually told by Jessica the nail tech that she would not do pink and white on my dip anymore because I was not happy. I mentioned a nail being crooked and if she could fix it and that was all it took. She actually said, she would not do my nails. I was in shock! She also said, " my finger was crooked to get a new finger. " I was like, What? Anyway Eva another tech tried to console me by not charging me but I paid because she did a service for me. I actually tipped her after she banned me from coming back. She stated to not watch her do each nail that I made her nervous. I was nervous having a new tech to begin with. Then to top it off, she said I do not like your pink and white. It doesn't look natural. White to thick, pink to pink. I liked it I told her all but the crooked one. She stopped talking to me and refused my payment. I left it with Eva. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Too bad it was a clean place. They also in the summer did this to another client that was getting a black dip because she asked them for a particular shape and the same girl I had told her not to come back. I thought it was the customer, I know better now!
