Rude staff, terribly run place.

Edited to say, I have the right place. As far as you commenting “professional manner” by wanting a call, you might want to take your own advice seeing as you replied to numerous people rudely & even told everyone this guy couldn’t pay his bills so you sent them to collections. But again, you expect everyone to call and speak “professionally and privately? ”. I think you all need a little lesson on professionalism yourselves

I can't thank you all enough for the care you ALL provide for my baby Tippy. I will always recommend Dr. Ashley Maust and Dr. Svonavec. My Tippy is there right now being hospitalized and they are taking such great care of her. One of the ladies out front at the desk Amber has went above and beyond for not only Tippy but myself as well. She knew I was missing her something terrible and just tonight I was at work but Amber did a video call for me to see and talk to Tippy. This I will never forget. Dr. Vince and Dr. Ashley are extremely caring and compassionate and they have saved my moms cats life and Tippy's. They are extremely knowledgeable and I will forever be grateful to them. Everyone says they are expensive but I always say you get what you pay for. Only the best for my Tippy and she got 2 of the best.

There is no better Veterinarian in the tri-county area for diagnosis and treatment of dogs. He is compassionate, intelligent and takes as much time as he needs to diagnose.and explain the medical terms in easy-to-understand language or lay-terms. I've gone to him for 6 years and he is one of a kind. Thank you, Dr. Vince! My only negative is the cost of the Animal Medical Center is super high. Pet insurance is a must.

Dr. Vince and Dr. Ashley are 2 of the most kind, caring and compassionate people. They are the reason we drive over an hour to come to this practice. My dog with severe allergies couldn’t get relief until he met Dr. Vince, now he is just about symptom free! Dr. Ashley was amazing with his COHAT procedure and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Their staff is just as awesome too! Can’t say enough good things about this practice and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for everything you all do!

There is no one in this area I would rather take my furry family members to other than here, and especially Dr. Svonavec. The care they give is unparalleled. The secret is out and they have a large client base, which means that it will take several weeks to get a routine appointment, but they are worth the wait. Same with the front office staff: they are often busy but always knowledgeable and helpful.

Our little boy (Rooney) was always excited to visit Dr. Maust. Her caring nature was evident the from the first time we met her. The staff is very compassionate and understanding.
We will always have a special spot in our hearts for the way he was treated during his final days.
Thank you for being there for him.

Yesterday I notice my puppy wasn’t 100 percent. Yellow mucus and having trouble breathing. I call my vet and they didn’t have any available appointments. Called them and they got me right in. Emergency visit was a little steep. And I’m an injured vet so funds ain’t the highest. But they got me right in and took care of my boy. Thanks guys for seeing us on short notice. The service was 10 stars.

Our old girl has passed.taken care of, of course by the compassionate Dr Vince, and since then we've adopted a new rescue. A field golden with a few health issues. Oh, and he's blind. Dr. Vince has seen him through more than one procedure, one emergency, and the staff considers him a "fan favorite. " I try to plan ahead and do my part, but I've called early, late, and after hours, and I've never been turned away.

We've been part of the AMC family for many years, through many animal. Our 13 YO golden has had some health issues during the past year. We've seen at least three of the vets and know them on a first name basis. This visit we just saw the techs in the back but got the same professional, caring service as always. You won't be sorry here. The staff has heart.

They're great! Our healthy and fit 11yo Golden Retreiver, Harley, decided to eat a pound of peanut oil soaked, gravel and clay. He was operated on and spent several days in intensive care and recovery. Dr Maust was his vet and very upfront with us about the dangers of the surgery, especially on an older dog. By being detailed and explaining what her preparation would be, she gave us a level of comfort that she would be staged to manage any situation as best as possible. And she did. Harley's heart stopped during the surgery, but because of Dr Maust anticipatory preparedness, she was able to restart his heart and to complete the surgery. The staff was wonderful and I'm so sorry that I've forgotten their names except for Steph, our friend who guided us to this practice. We're so grateful! Each morning and evening we would receive a photo and text from the techs and a little update on his current status. A nice little comfort. We were able to come visit twice a day to spend some time with him and let him know he was loved. Dr. Maust explained to us, when an animal knows that they're loved, they're more likely to fight to come back after something as traumatic as a cardiac episode. She wasn't wrong in Harley's case. When we returned to North Carolina and provided the documentation given to us from AMCS, our vet was so impressed and expressed out loud that "they have raised the bar". We're very grateful for Dr Maust, the vet techs and staff for their level of professionalism and compassion for Harley, as well as us. This is a wonderful place and will take good care of your pets.
