I honestly can't say enough nice things about Ann and her team, and can't thank her enough. My wife and I moved from out of state with very little knowledge of the area, market, etc. Ann was so helpful in educating us about the area, helped guide us to the right houses, and always had our best interest in mind. She communicates at light speed and there was never a delay in touring a property. She helped us create a strong offer when we found the house we wanted and we were accepted on the first try. She was there for us from day 1, no funny business, helped with the inspection, and every single detail along the way. This is my 3rd house and this was without a doubt the best home buying experience I've had. Ann's become a friend as well through the process. Couldn't have been luckier to find her and couldn't be happier in our new home. Thank you Ann!

When the standards of excellence are established, met and exceeded year after year, a respected reputation is built. Ann measures her success against a growing list of referral customers that has strengthened her standing among customers and peers alike. Ann never settles for second class service! She isn't happy until you are! She is among the best agents in Pittsburgh!

I am writing this review after speaking with my mother in law (MIL) over the weekend regarding her most recent home sale in which Ann Reale was the agent for the buyers. I am not privy to all of the details, but I do know exactly how Ann made my MIL feel, as the seller of the property Ann's clients were purchasing. Ann made my MIL, who is elderly and recently widowed, feel as if she was completely disposable. Her attitude during the entire selling process was so rude and ignorant towards both my MIL and her agent, who was doing her best to keep the hostility Ann was portraying away from my MIL. Two specific instances my mother in law shared with me, through tears, were regarding how Ann handled the home inspection and the closing. My MIL was sitting in the kitchen with her agent when they called Ann (on speaker) to let her know that her client's offer was accepted. My MIL has had some health struggles as of late, and it was important to her for the closing to be as close as possible since traveling is very hard on her. As a person with real estate experience, she understood that the buyer typically decides closing arrangements, which is why it was brought up immediately before anything could progress further. Ann agreed on the phone to closing on the designated day at the Berkshire Mt. Lebanon office sometime in the morning. Ann also asked my MIL's agent if she could recommend a home inspector since she didn't think the ones she typically used would travel to the area. My MIL's agent provided the name of a home inspector whom she had used in the past, and made sure that Ann knew that she has used said inspector on both sides of sales in the past. On the day of the home inspection, Ann arrived early and made a fuss about how her clients were weary and very worried about my MIL's agent having used this particular inspector in the past, and that the inspector may hide something due to having worked with my MIL's agent previously. Anyone who has ever had a home inspected knows that the inspector is hired by the buyer and works for the buyer. The inspector does not share any information with the seller or the seller's agent, since it is a breach in confidentiality. If Ann's clients truly felt uneasy about the inspector, Ann should have advised her clients to select a different home inspector. You can very easily google home inspectors in the area and call one of them to inspect the house for you. There is no need to make a major stink about it in front of my MIL, who used to be a realtor herself, causing her to stress out about the entire situation, which was already stressful enough for her. Then, Ann decided to change the location and time of closing to a location that was over an hour away from my MIL's new residence. When my MIL's agent advocated for her saying that a different closing arrangement had already been agreed upon and that traveling that far simply was not possible for my MIL, Ann showed no regard or compassion for my MIL, which made my MIL feel as if Ann was simply being spiteful towards her. Hearing all of this absolutely broke my heart. My MIL is the sweetest, most caring person ever who would do anything for anyone. She did not deserve to be treated this way.
