Sent a gift a gift card to a friend last week. It was to be sent immediately. Never received

I like going here for manicures and pedicures but they don't scrub your callused feet so I don't thing I'll be going back. Other than that it's your average nail salon, nothing special.

Awful. DISORGANIZED. Rude and unprofessional Owner/Manager. They actually can't even remember when they book your appointment. My wife had an appointment and they use an old appointment book that is prone with errors. AVOID this DUMP.

I would give a Negative 5 Stars if I could.

I've never written a review before but feel compelled to after the ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service I received last week from Anna Nails. I had come in for a pedicure and a dip manicure and while the pedicure was done perfectly, I wasn't thrilled with my manicure (no complaints to the technician, she has done my nails before and has done a fabulous job those times- she just wanted to do something different than what my usual manicurist does I guess and it didn't look good on my nails). I called to rebook with my usual manicurist and she fixed my nails up just how I love them. To my surprise, the owners comp'd my manicure as they recognized that I didn't seem happy with the original one! They really care about their customers' experiences and will do what they can to make things right if something goes awry. The spa is very clean and such a pleasant place to relax and get your nails done. I cannot recommend Anna Nails & Spa enough!

They were very nice and did a fantastic job! Since it was near Christmas, they even gave me hand lotion as a gift! Their customer service is unmatched, and they were very nice!

I went there asking for square shape french dip powder it was super wide and my nails flared out I asked to have them filed more narrow and the picture taken is after she fixed it more. Also asked for them to be buffed more since they were bumpy. They knew i was not happy and i paid $50 for these. I called Designer nails and asked them if they can fix them and when i went there they did exactly what i asked for french dip powder and the shape was perfect and they were not thick at all! I would rate 0 stars if it was possible. These are the nails Kelly from Anna nails did.

Lori is my go to nail tech! She has done an amazing job for over a year now and I couldn’t recommend her more! The entire staff is super friendly and the place is always clean! Highly recommend!

I got acrylic gel nails by jen i believe! Shes great, will definitely be going back to get refills from her.set was only 45 and such good quality! Place doesnt smell like really strong nail polish and the color options are endless! Love this place got them done for graduation!

Salon is serious about prioritizing staff and customer's health. Stations are spaced out and kept very clean. Technicians are great! Will return.

Nice place that are quick and efficient. Just don't let them talk you into anything you don't want. It will cost you a fortune. They just keep pounding away at you until you just give in to have some peace.
