Horrible service, please do not waste your time going there, what a waste of my time and money, the worse nail job ever! Not to mention expensive! I don’t even know where to start and end explaining how bad it was! Never again!

I’ve been going to Anna for 10+ years and I am always happy with how my nails turn out. She always does exactly what I ask her to do!

Good experience on pedicure if you aren’t in a rush and request for relaxing time with the right nail tech!

Don’t do it! After leaving one nail salon for butchering my toes, I needed to find something nearby for my nails! I NEVER go to a nail salon without checking reviews first, but I will not make that mistake again! Upon entering, the stench was heavy! The look and decor, terrible! I decided to breathe out my mouth because I just had to get my nails done and run on to other errands! I showed a design and asked if it could be done. With confidence, I was told YES! I was told to sit with another woman who I asked the same question. It was clear she didn’t do designs! She asked a third woman and she said they could do it! The second woman went in to do my nails. She refilled decent. Enters two barking dogs, one of which pissed on the floor! Honestly, I couldn’t believe my eyes! A FOURTH woman proceeds to do my design … it was horrible! I was there for 15minutes for 5 dots on 1 nail! It was only CIRCLES! The white gel polish cinched up and she blamed it on me not putting my hand all the way under the lamp! That needed to be re-done. By this time, patience has run out! I just told her to paint the remaining nails a solid color! They were very rude and unaccommodating. Even the heavy chair was uncomfortable. It was just BAD! Next time, I’ll just go out my way! I promise, it was not worth the $65!

It only works for pedicures. For nails they will overcharge you and it will be nowhere near the design you wear. Never again.

Nails started lifting on day one couldn’t wash my hair. And now they are breaking off. I paid $45 plus a big tip. I am NOT happy. I Will NOT be back. Got cut up bad and told did not look sanitized nor changed out …

I just left there! NEVER again! I called first to see if they were busy because I had shopping to do, they said "no". I go and wait an hour and a half for two different people to "start" to work on my nails on one hand. The second lady starts to file down my one finger then stops to start working on another customer that just walked in! Very unprofessional! I left and came to Ombre nails. What a waste of my time and I sent a lot of people there well no more.

I never understand the bad reviews I’ve been going here for years and they always do an amazing job.

I came in and got a gel manicure and 5 days later my nails starting peeling. I called the salon to let them know and they told me to come in and they would fix them. They redid my gel manicure and then wanted to charge me $30. I told the girl that I had just paid $35 five days ago. I was never told that I would be charged the full price again. I told the girl that it is not my fault that the nails were not done correctly in the first place. She ended up charging me $15. I’m disappointed with how the matter was handled.

Honestly I don’t usually do reviews but I gave them the benefit of the doubt to call them and resolve my issue with my eye brows and they just didn’t care what so ever I brought another person with me and she messed up our eyebrows so badly I didn’t even want to be in public. I’ve never had such a terrible experience, I felt as though they were very dismissive of my feelings and kept saying I don’t know what’s wrong with them and I just couldn’t deal so I had to come to word of mouth. I advise you stay away from here it’s definitely not worth your money nor rent free head space of aggravation. GO SOME WHERE ELSE

She did my nails perfectly and it was late in the day but she took me. I was pleased with Anna. Thank you. Merry Christmas and happy new year.

Terrible work terrible business. Gave them multiple chances with different services. Terrible every time. Cheap products rude staff.

I have been here a few times and the only positive is there usually is no wait time. However, staff is extremely rude. As soon as you are in the chair their asking for what color without giving the basket with the options available & when you ask for it their basically rolling their eyes. Pedicures are usually not very relaxing. They will ask you go to the chair and you can wait several minutes and they don't even turn the water on & when they do its extremely hot. One time it was very hot and I asked a worker who walked by if she can cool it down and she just stared at me and walked away going to the next customer. This one time they painted my toes the wrong color and when I mentioned it this lady who was NOT the one doing my toes said that it is the right color when I NEVER even showed it to her. It turns out they have two nail polish colors with the same number but what bothered me is the lady was very persistent and loud that I was wrong and she was NOT the one doing my toes. Lastly, which is the reason I will not come again is I had a blister that I got from these new shoes I was trying and I walk a lot at my job. The one doing my toes was very loud saying I must have been bitten. I told her it was the shoes that I was trying but she continued to talk about my blister with her coworker and it was VERY obvious. Sometimes you may have a good experience but it's NOT very often. I would not recommend this place at all.
