First time and will not be my last. My usual place was booked! The staff here is very pleasant and the prices are reasonable. Clean and very organized great receptionist!

The nail technician didn't seem to understand my request for an American manicure even with pictures shown which made the visit frustrating, especially since I was preparing to be in a wedding. I settled for what she seemed to understand but it was nothing like the picture. The pedicure was sub par at best, I left with dead skin still on the bottom of my feet. It was not worth the price. I do better at home.

I repeat do not go to Lisa! She sits at the very first desk she did my nails (toes and feet) and they were a hot mess! My nails were okay but my toes were so horrible. The polish was so uneven and a mess! I called and Annie told me to come in to get them redone which was a huge inconvenience but I appreciate her telling me to come back. I went the next morning and Lisa tried to re do them I refused that’s how horrible they looked. I didn’t realize they were that bad until I left and the polish was placed on so uneven and one toe even chipped. Lisa had a nerve to tell me I didn’t leave with chipped paint so if anyone else did them I would have to pay. I explained to her she wasn’t touching my nails again and someone finally did them over and she couldn’t believe they looked the way they did. I’ll be going to her for now on he sits a few seats down from Lisa, with a spunky short cut and stylish! I repeat do not go to Lisa! Oh and she did my brows and my eye was swollen the next day bad hand hygiene I’ll stick to nail pro 2, It’s what I get for being lazy and not wanting to drive too far

After waiting an whole hour plus; I’ve received the WORST pedicure in my whole entire life! And I’m damn near 40. He didn’t do anything I asked him to do, maybe that’s because he didn’t hear anything I said due him constantly talking to the lady next to him. When I did try to tell him he kept acting confused like he didn’t know what I was saying but he damn sure knew the price huh? ! This was my first and last time here! And I felt like just another ticket because they rushed me out

My tech was very attentive, she listened to how I wanted my nails done, and it was just as I wanted, they followed Covid Safety and made sure I was comfortable, will definitely be back.

While I had a good experience. I don't know why this business choose to pass there credit card processing fee onto their customers. So if you are going to charge me 3% to use my credit card I will consider that your tip.

Had made an appointment and had trouble being seen, first time experiencing service like that. The work is excellent quite friendly

3 stars because it’s always packed, I get pretty good pedicures from here and I never had any major issues. Staff is friendly and lots of nail color options.

Its Mandy or Maggie for me. I like both of these ladies for their professionalism and detail. Keep up the great work and I'll keep coming back with friends?

I went in on 06/28/21 to get a gel overlay and a gel pedicure…. I was serviced by Lisa (1st station to your right when you walk in). She did not do my feet correct I had to request for her to use certain tools that a standardly used in a pedicure spa. I got white gel polish that I was $15 dollars for and it’s uneven and looks caked on absolutely horrible nails cut short and uneven, Let’s just say if you can ruin a pedicure then there’s truly a issue. After my feet was completed I paid and informed her I did not need my nails done because she doesn’t do good work. Lesson learned I’ll be going back to Essence Nails on Ogontz Ave. I do not recommend this establishment for younger women seems all the older ladies go here and that’s why the services are mediocre because they don’t have to keep things up to PAR.

They are busy but that’s because they’re very good. Been coming here for years and have never had a problem

Nice spacious friendly & warm atmosphere they always make you feel welcomed and are very accommodating. Tony is one of the best on the pedicure? Manicure Mimi & Annie always slaaaay the brows & lashes! Love the Brazilian waxes as well Highly recommend Must visit u won't be disappointed thank me later.

I always go to seat #2 or #7 for all my nails and designs. I pay 100 + for anything they do because I love the service and the quality so I pay for what I like plus tip.never had complaints and they are always fast! I love love love them ️
