5He's a great doctor! Personal and caring. I trust him completely. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, he's been our family doctor for ages and is a great doctor.
No good. I requested to schedule an appointment with this doctor and they told me to go to an Urgent Care because apparently my symptoms were not severe enough for a visit. How would anyone know if they are severe enough if they haven't examined me? From past experiences, the staff also has poor customer service skills.

I saw Dr Wydan for the 1st time today
He was professional, knowledgeable, caring & compassionate. I was seeking medical attention for a very private matter, Dr Wydan made me feel relaxed, i was very comfortable talking with him about anything. Not something I’m used to. I would recommend him to my friends & family.
Do not go here! Was turned away after driving 40 mins to get to appointment as a new patient. Was told by the lady I was late for my appointment and they have someone else coming in 10 minutes when I wasn’t, The door was closed no one to let me in. Worst customer service ever, the appointment said it was for 1hr lady in the front said it was half hr appt, and they couldn’t see me cause I only have 15 mins left.
Not at all surprised to see a rating with a 1-handle for this guy. I last saw him 6 years ago and I am much worse off for it.
Back then, I was experiencing some pretty intense abdominal pain and I managed to get Dr. Wydan to prescribe an ultrasound. I thought for sure that this would lead to diagnosis and ultimately, treatment, of what I was sure must have been a tumor (s). The trouble is, the test never got done. Why? Because when I went to schedule the appointment, a woman in charge of scheduling at the Warminster radiology clinic I was sent to, after interrogating me as to the reason WHY I needed an abdominal ultrasound (insultingly implying that only pregnant women ever need abdominal ultrasounds), I explained to her that I was having severe abdominal pain.
Her response was that it might not be an intestinal problem at all, but could be a kidney issue. After I set up my appointment, unbeknownst to me, this woman called Dr. Wydan and TOLD HIM (a woman, mind you, with no medical degree) to void the prescription he wrote for the abdominal ultrasound, and fax over a different one for a kidney/bladder ultrasound. Amazingly, he did as this woman told him to do. On the new prescription, an assessment of "urinary tract abnormality" was provided, presumably, as a rationale to get the insurance company to cover this, despite the fact I never complained of any urinary tract symptoms.
The result was that I got a test done that was completely inconsequential, and I never got the abdominal ultrasound that I needed. More recently, my symptoms have progressed to something much more serious and I hold Dr. Wydan responsible. If my issues had been addressed in 2012, my prognosis would be drastically improved today.
