Meal was ok at best had chicken parm no garlic Bread with dinner and portion was small I won't be going back.

Absolutely fantastic Italian food with friendly service, an enjoyable wine list and tasteful decor. Highly recommend!

If I could give more stars, I would. Food was AMAZING! And the service was fantastic! If you like Italian food, this is the place to get it!

We went here an it's not bad. There aren't many gluten free options. They also don't serve Gluten-free pasta but, the Gluten-free entrées taste pretty good. I recommend the veal or chicken. They're both good. I hot the white wine with lemon sauce. Its very delish. Just on a random note, who ever hires the waitress has a "type" half of them are platinum blondes and the other half are Latina. Nothing wrong but, I couldn't help but notice the pattern. The chefs and bus boys are all dudes. Just an interesting detail. Oh and nice fireplace.

I made a reservation for 6: 15, told us there would be a 15 minutes wait, we did not get seated until 6: 50. No one came to take our order for over 20 minutes. Why have reservations if you’re not going to honor them and the time they were placed at. I will not be coming back here. Such a disappointment

Food was great and so was our server. Depending on what you order this place can definitely be on the pricer side. Our server (Anthony) was wonderful and very attentive.

The food was mostly really good. My chicken marsala could have been more flavorful but everything else was great.

The restaurant was a little cramped, especially at the table we were given. But overall it was a good experience. We would definitely come back here!

The last few pizzas we have gotten look like they were thrown together lazily: two slices were 1/3 crust because of how uneven the cheese and sauce were. Also the slices were all different sizes. When we order, they say 40 minutes but the pizza arrives an hour or more later. I think this will be the last time we order from there.
On a dine in experience (1/27/23), we went just two of us and were seated at a table in the middle. It took 15 minutes for the server to acknowledge us. After that, we were clearly forgotten about because every time he came over he apologized. Chicken Saltimboca had no capers (my favorite part!) But the kennet square bruchetta was phenomenal. We probably won't be back but it was nice to try a dine in experience.

Loved the atmosphere, servers were attentive and food was delicious. Tables just slightly on the smaller side, might be due to all the glass-wear (unused wine glasses etc) but overall nice selection of menu both food and beverage. Only had food no beverages, so cannot advise on bartending skills. Ambiance was very nice, liked the decor and also the fire outside. Would go again-make reservations as this appears to be a hot spot in Downingtown. Very crowded when we left, doorway hard to get out of as mob of people standing waiting for tables.

I love this restaurant! Best Italian food in Chester county. They make their own pasta and mozzarella too. The steak filet and chicken cordon sandwiches are exceptional. My favorite is their unique salads. Particularly their seasonal orange fennel one. The fig and prosciutto pizza is phenomenal as well. It’s a small restaurant so definitely book a reservation if it’s the weekend or holiday.

Food was very good, the place was very busy, so, food took some time to come out, service could have been better

Absolutely delicious. Very nice interior, very welcoming. Service was great, greeted right away, our server was friendly and efficient. Mushroom risotto was phenomenal! Prices were very reasonable. Overall a great experience. Will be back.

We hosted a baby shower for ~40 people here earlier today and couldn’t be happier!

The entire process was smooth from the moment I contacted them. The staff is amazing, the food delicious and the venue couldn’t have been better. Would highly recommend for your next event!

Modern, cheery atmosphere, my Sician salmon was outstanding& my partners veal parm he loved! We had a very efficient & pleasant waitress, Jill. We will definitely come back!

Love Anthony's pizza! Wings are excellent along with every other meal we have had here.

It was a nice clean restaurant, with the banquet room upstairs. We had to walk all through the downstairs tables in order to get to the steps to go upstairs. The food was good, the service was excellent, although there was a mix-up three of us got charged for coffee, while no one else did.

Went for an early evening dinner with a party of 6. Our server (Anthony) was super attentive, responsive, patient, and friendly; probably the highlight of the dinner where the food was also very good. Food came out surprisingly quickly given how busy they were.

100% recommend the stuffed figs appetizer if you're on the fence about them.

Definitely recommend having a reservation, especially with larger groups since, even with the upstairs seating, it gets crowded very quickly.

The food has been OUTSTANDING Herr, everytime! I haven't had anything yet that I haven't enjoyed. My favorites are their meatball and veal parms!

Anthony’s has earned the top spot among my favorite restaurants in Downingtown, PA. From their quality deli meats and fresh hoagies to fantastic pasta and dinner platters, they are all excellent. I’ve eaten in, taken out and even had a birthday that Anthony’s supplied multi person plates for. The pricing is also very fair. They have a small Italian hoagie for $7 on the menu! We will keep coming and ordering in from Anthony’s.
