Anthony’s Ristorante & Ballroom (Formerly Lamb Tavern), Springfield PA

Rodger was our server for a baptism luncheon on Sunday and he was fantastic. Managed a very large party by himself without a hitch. Caring, diligent, and prompt. Went out of his way to create a special gift/cake table which I was so grateful for. Lovely restaurant and the food was great. Will definitely return.

It's a charming establishment. Of course it's not michelin starred food, but it is honest and served with a smile. We strongly recommend it for a casual and comfortable night out.

We had a funeral luncheon for my mother in law at Anthony's, the food was delicious, the service was wonderful and restaurant was extremely accommodating.

Food was outstanding. Our waitress Jamison was the best. I will be back soon and request her.

Food was great! This is nice for a date night! I ordered the Bass with risotto. It was on point! Nice and creamy. Great texture and flavor

Nice restaurant in a historic building however this was a pretty disappointing experience. Staff was inexperienced, drinks poorly made, fish was not fresh and led to an upset stomach, pasta was cheap store bought with a tasteless and watery sauce. Would not recommend.

Had our sons grad party there today and couldn’t have been better. Food, service and room were top notch and Pat the man in charge was on top of everything.

Small portions. Bad service. Food was cold and bland. Limited and small menu. Fellini’s is much better. The parking lot is a lot bigger than the menu. Disappointed.

Food is subpar. Nothing special here. I had a funeral lunch with 30 people. The host presented the bill and indicated there was a 20% service charge which is not a tip, so they wanted me to tip on top of that. I asked what the service charge was for & he said “it’s for the house”…WTF. Not cool. I gave two stars only because it’s a pretty nice dining room. Many better options around for dinner but not too many other options near St Peter & Paul for a funeral lunch. Don’t tip on top of the service charge…that’s a tip. Also, many of the patron look like they are close to visiting the cemetery soon.

Excellent food service and would definitely suggest going and eating or have an evening out for dinner or drinks.

Overall the banquet side of things was amazing, the staff are extremely professional, well trained, and have excellent service.

Worst food ever, bring back the previous owners, best part of the meal was the oysters, but they weren’t shucked properly we did kinda liked the carrot cake, pasta gravy was watered down, It was hard to eat without splashing the table cloth. Eggplant Parm.was a 2, veal saltimbucca was a 1.

This place must serve "Delco Italian" because authentic Italian food has a range of flavors. I ordered the Gnocchi Calabro - it was bland AF. My wife ordered the Blackened Salmon & Scallops - it was bland AF. Maybe my boss knew this place was terrible and wanted to be funny? Regardless - never again. McNuggets have more flavor that Anthony’s Ristorante & Ballroom.

Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Food was brought to us hot and quickly. Anthonys is a repeat!

Great place to have events. Anthony's always works well with the community, esp Springfield High School events. Staff is friendly and very efficient!

I just came from our Penn State Master Gardener Luncheon from 1-4. The room looked lovely, well lighted, comfortable spacing and arrangement. The banquet manager (sorry I don t remember his name,) was VERY helpful! The wait staff was friendly and prompt and their delivery of food & beverages was very polite and professional (all ages!) The food was delicious and presentation was very nice. Well done. TO ALL!

Had a lunch on 3-3-23 for 30+ attendees after fathers funeral. The entire staff front desk, manager and servers were excellent. The food was delivered quickly and was really good. They made the end of the day pleasant for the last thing that needed to be done. Would recommend them to anyone having a funeral or any type of function. Since there were 4 other functions going on at the same time, the only thing that could be done better is to have more than one bartender. Bartenders were overwhelmed and a long wait time. Although the bartender did her best to keep up and was pleasant with all the guests.
