I’ve rented from Antietam a few times. I will say take pictures and report anything wrong in the beginning.if their is something wrong. Because otherwise they don’t know and it will not matter in a year. How are they suppose to know what was done by you or prior tenant. Stuff happens and sometimes they miss things or someone didn’t fix it correctly. Don’t complain in the end. Don’t sign off until you do that. If you read the paperwork it’s cut and dry. I’ve never had any issues with them. What they took out of my security deposit didn’t get me upset. Because I read the paperwork in the beginning. One more thing always put it in writing and make copies. Their are so many ways to cover yourself.
