Went for brunch lunch. Got a plain pizza that was terrible. Garlic nots slap tho Fr. Same with the barbecue pizza. Lady was nice. Price also a little up there but there was a place for ur umbrellas.

Dont expect good service, we decided to leave after 10 mins waiting to be even acknowledged, yes, waiters are very busy people, but this lady walked right by us at least 6 times and never even bothered to say "I'll be right with you" and we very hard to miss

Beautiful town and the pizza’s amazing. Only reason I considered not giving 5 stars was because of the wait time but the bbq chicken pizza made up for it 100%… Owner was super nice.

Decent pizza and eggplant parm sub. My main issue was with the service. I was told my order would take 15-20 mins. After patiently waiting for over 40 mins they sent out an eggplant parm dinner, which isn’t what I ordered. Another 10-15 mins later I finally got my sub, which was okay, but not worth the hour wait.

Ordered up front and waited about 45 minutes for our food. When I asked about our order, the guy never gave it to the chef. The owner was really nice about the situation and made us our pizza on the house. Will be coming back when back in town!

You have to order before you sit down. I ordered two eggplant parmesan heroes, one chicken parmesan, and 2 slices of mushroom pizza for my family. 35 mins later, I got one eggplant parmesan n when I asked for the 2nd eggplant parmesan sub. I was told I only ordered 1, and I said no, the guy at the front counter read it back to me after I ordered, as I was explaining it to the waiter the cook/manager maybe owner told me to calm down there's no need to get angry when I haven't even begun to get remotely upset. When I explained to the cook/manager guy, I wasn't upset at all he just walked away, and eventually, we got our 2nd eggplant parmesan sub. Another family member who took the last train ride went to this pizza place, n they didn't receive the order the way they ordered it, and they were told just to eat it that way. Very bad service. Jim Thorpe is a really nice town to visit, but it seems like the town and Pennsylvania tourism department want Jim Thorpe to grow with, but the townspeople do not want outsiders/tourism in there town. This was the 2nd location in Jim Thorpe we went to that had a manager or workers with a bad attitude to outsider flooding this town.

The ceiling in the dining room was falling apart or tiles were missing completely. All of the food was served on thin paper plates, the pizza was so greasy but not terrible & the servers weren’t hospitable.

We went there for breakfast and it was one of the few that opened before 7am. The place is in need of a serious remodel but the service was good, the food delicious, and it was cheap. I haven't tried the pizza but walking past in the evening the smell was delicious so if I ever go back to Jim Thorpe I'll definitely stop here for a pizza.

Worst service ever. After waiting 50 minutes, I went to ask how many more minutes I had to wait. The proprietor snapped and said I could just take the money and leave if I didn't want to wait.

Really great pizza got a medium and split it with a friend also has a bar inside which was unexpected but not unwelcomed

Pretty darn good Pizza with a perfect level of crisp, but horrendous service. Our waitress was quite rude in my opinion.

Also, when it comes to beverage options:
bottled water - $2.50
soda in a can - $1.50

What kind of restaurant charges you more for water then for soda? Water should be free, in fact.

The delicious pizza is the only thing that bumped this up to a 2-star for me.

NY style pizza was good. I've seen someone else complaining the pizza was not Neapolitan. I didn't see Neapolitan advertised anywhere.

Service was just a tad slow but it was also dinner time.

Their garlic knots and their sauce are absolutely the best around. Their pizza was absolutely amazing. I only took away one star because I thought the taco pizza was basically just meet with minimal toppings. It need a little more topping balance. Other than that I cannot stress to you how amazing their sauce and garlic knots are.

Went to this restaurant the service was not good we waited 45 min for the pizza to cone out and it never came. The owner did not seem to care will never spend a penny of my money here again

We took our family and our five grandchildren here. Our pizza still wasn’t out in 45 minutes and when we asked about the pizza being ready we were confronted by a rude waitress telling us if we didn’t want to wait just leave. Went and asked the fella who I assume was the owner when the pizza would be ready and how do they stay in business when it takes so long for food to be ready. He rudely replied to get out of his restaurant and told me I didn’t appreciate good food. I told him it’s not that at all, it’s I don’t appreciate waiting so long with small children. He said out get out of here. Made sure he told the waitress make sure they pay for their drinks! The food that was being served to people was in paper plates. They offered drinks in bottles. Will not patronize this business any more. Very rude. Everything else that we experienced in this small town and the people we talked to were very kind. The man at the 5 and 10 store apologized for the rudeness of the people in the pizza shop. Very sad. Very rude. Take your family elsewhere

Very bad service! There were six of us and two small children, and we waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to order our food! They served guests who came after us! When we pushed, the answer was that we could leave if we didn't want to wait!

Worst experience ever! Totally racist. We are the only Asian people there and the waitress kept up waiting for almost half a hour and she served anybody except us.our table has 4 kids they were all starving. The fourth time I went to ask, she said I’m coming or you can just go! Don’t go!
