Apartments at The Mill

My experience with the staff was amazing, but the apartment itself was a major disappointment. I lived in a loft on the 3rd floor and it was beautiful and newly renovated but it was horribly infested with roaches. From the very first day after moving in I knew it would be a major issue. We couldn’t use the island in the kitchen because if you put your cup down for longer than 2 mins there would be a roach that would climb in. They scheduled for pest control to come every 2 weeks but it never made a difference. Typically in situations like this it’s usually just the kitchen and bathroom that is effected. However, every single room was effected. My son had a roach climb on his bed, there would be roaches that made their way onto the keyboard on my desk, and even inside the dishwasher. There was truly no safe place in there. You would think it’s only bad when the lights go out but it was a 24/7 issue. The office made it seem like it was only our unit with this issue but we would see roaches in the elevator as well as the hallways. Thankfully we were able to cut our lease short due to being relocated for work. Again, the apartment was beautiful and the staff was amazing. But none of that mattered to me after dealing with the infestation.
