Apicella-Lorei Orthodontics, Mechanicsburg PA

I had a piece break off my nightly retainer before Christmas and I called and left a message for a return call. I was contacted right away for an appointment first thing in the morning at the Mechanicsburg office. I always went to the Carlisle office, so my first visit to Mechanicsburg. As always, friendly staff and awesome service (by an assistant ironically named Melanie). Dr. Lorei is always cheerful and thorough. Fortunately my retainer did not need to be sent out for repair so they saved me a lot of $$. Kudos to that entire office!

I would highly recommend Apicella-Lorei Orthopedics! After having our son & daughter go through their treatments successfully, I decided at 47 I would do it too. I’m so thankful I did! Words can not describe how amazing the staff was and how happy I am with the results of the treatment! I chose Invisalign and was amazed at how fast the treatment went. I have had complements from friends, family and even stranger about my smile. This is truly a confidence booster and I’m thankful to Apicella-Lorei for their amazing work!

I really love the atmosphere and vibe here. Brian, my sons Orthodontist is very laid back, but upbeat at the same time and, quick to the point. All the receptionists and, employees here are amazing, sweet and helpful every single time I have come in. I also love, that they do text rescheduling and scheduling appointments. It makes my life so much easier! Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely LOVE Apicella-Lorei Orthodontist! My daughter struggles with anxiety and she was very anxious to visit an orthodontist for the first time last year. However, immediately when we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff welcomed us with friendly smiles. The staff made her laugh, gave her their full attention, listened to all her concerns/question, and explained every step of what they were doing so she felt comfortable and well informed. She immediately felt at ease, and every appointment after that has been smooth sailing. All of the staff and orthodontists are kind and understanding. Most importantly, they are excellent in their work and my daughter’s smile has had a complete transformation. Her straight pearly whites speak for themselves!

I had Damon braces here 11 years ago. I ended up needing a permanent retainer on my front teeth as well. I cannot believe that this retainer has held up through all 11 years but also 2 weeks of intubation in the hospital. They obviously did an amazing job! Thank you!

Our family recommends Apicella and Lorei to everyone! They take their time explaining and teaching all options/treatment plans. They are not pushy and do not rush anyone into treatment if they aren’t ready. We have never felt like “just another patient” there. They are beyond wonderful and we love the office atmosphere. Every staff member we have encountered is so friendly and always smiling! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Great staff and great results. Both of my children had orthodontic work done at ALO and we are very please. I highly recommend them and I’m glad my dentist told us to go there!

My son got his Invisalign through Apicella-Lorei and he wasn’t the easiest patient. They were professional and always patient and friendly. We never waited long in the waiting room. His teeth are beautiful now. I would recommend them to anyone. Check out their fun, beautifully decorated offices too.
