Absolutely wonderful! The Docs were always upbeat and friendly. You can tell they enjoy their job! The office is always clean. Overall experience over the last 18mo is fantastic. Zero complaints.

Apicella Lorei was amazing through my daughter’s entire experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to listen to their patients.

My husband went to this Ortho as a child and had a great experience, so naturally when our son needed Ortho work, we chose Apicella-Lorei! We have had the same great experience, it is always a delightful atmosphere, the staff is always willing to help and answer questions, and they helped fix my sons (very complicated) teeth!

They have always been great with my kids. Two out of three of my daughters have been there and received wonderful treatment. Very professional with a little bit of fun at every visit!

When I got braces on 20+years ago and they removed them for my wedding and then put them back on for me. I vowed that day my children if needed would get their braces on at Apicella-Lorei. Here we are now two children later and braces off for my daughter and my son will soon finish. Both very different cases yet both got the best care and service along with a beautiful smile. These orthodontist are amazing. So friendly and take the time and care with every patient. You are crazy if you choose a different orthodontist.

Two generation customers! I myself was a patient, and both of my daughters as well! GREAT experience with traditional braces, and Invisalign as well! The staff is wonderful, and we just have so much fun when we visit!

I have to share what a wonderful experience my daughter and I have been having at Apicella-Lorei. My daughter can be very shy but she warmed up to the entire staff immediately! They are all so friendly plus the offices are both incredibly clean, warm, and inviting. My daughter loves her check ups and I am so happy with her results!

Both of my children come to this practice and we are BEYOND happy! My daughter had a condition when she was younger that had me very concerned about the pain/discomfort she might experience through the expander and braces process.both doctors were SO understanding of my concerns and supportive of everything. We have gotten in immediatley to fix issues, they are always receptive to our questions and make me feel completely at ease having them care for my kiddos.

Great doctors, great staff, they really work with you to get you convenient appointment times. The app for Invisalign is great and we love that we can see the progress photos, it’s amazing how much progress there is in such a short time.

Dr’s Brian and Steve organized the best treatment plans for our family, have great bed side manner and work with their staff seamlessly to make next steps and instructions easy to follow!

The whole ALO staff has faithfully and skillfully walked our two sons through various stages of orthodontics from a pallet expander to Invisalign. Thank you all!

Three of my five kids have been to Apicella Lorei over the last 4 years. I cannot say enough good things! From the kind and helpful front desk, working with scheduling and being so friendly, to each person my kids and I have interacted with. Their care and attention to detail is fantastic. When Dr Lorei explained the plan for my son and his end results, it showed that he really knew my son and his unique circumstances and it was so personalized that I didn’t feel like we were just another patient. We love it there!

My daughter has special needs and they are always so patient and caring with her. She normally has a fear of doctors, dentists, etc but she is always so excited when we pull into the office parking lot. The staff is very personable.

ALO was able to start treatment for my son at a young enough age that saved us many more years of treatment. The staff is professional, very friendly, thorough, and overall, very kind and considerate with their patients. When you walk in, you feel like old friends, and the atmosphere is calming and welcoming. I highly recommend them for any orthodontic needs.

Apicella and Lorei orthodontics have been amazing. Every employee I have come into contact with has been pleasant and inviting. They explain everything before they start any procedure. My daughter is comfortable going and never had a complaint. Coming from a 12 year old that should mean something! Getting an appointment set or rescheduled hasn’t been an issue. They have been upfront from the start on the whole braces process. Every thing has been falling in place and I am very excited to see how beautiful my Daughters smile is turning into.

Our experience at ALO has been amazing. Every single staff member has been kind and caring in each of their respective roles. They make each visit uplifting and fun, always offering a friendly smile and laugh. The team is very knowledgeable and experts in their field. I highly recommend their practice!

After being a patient myself at AOL many years ago I now have 2 kids who are currently patients at the practice and we have been very pleased with treatment procedures and all the staff! Highly recommend you check them out!

I love the orthodontist they take so much care of you and really ask about what has been going in they wonder if you are in pain and they ask about your experience with the braces also Gabby is the BESTTTT

The receptionist up front did not provide good customer service. I dealt with attitude on numerous occasions from these ladies and I'm tired of it.
