APM Behavioral Health Service - Rising Sun, Philadelphia PA

There’s no one on the line to pick up for mental health services I’ve been calling for a week straight and not a single human answered the line.

I called no one picked up, i called again i finally had someone try to help me they took my info and I waited for a week so I called again the receptionist was not professional she said its not my call its the dr.s to get back to you I then asked if she could talk to the dr.to see who would get back to me and no one got back to me need I say they said they accepted my insurance, i finally got sick of waiting and walked in the lady at the front said ohh we dont accept this insurance

Love their head start program but hate their mental health clinic so unprofessional.
