Unlimited vacuuming is included. After a grungy trip this is a great place to let them really the grunge off and then use the cleaning area for as long as you want.

This was my first visit to this location. Overall it was nice. Went in, in the morning and got through quick. The free vacuum feature is nice as well. Only 2 things I encountered during my visit was, during the wash process it pushed back my passenger side mirror but then later it was pushed back into its original position. One of the moving scrubbers also bent the license plate I have on the front of my car. I seen it as soon as I got out to get the vacuum. The price is rather comparable to other car washes as well.

First time there. Easy to use, associates were helpful. Car came out clean, and in a short time. I highly recommend this facility.

I was told after I paid for the car wash that I could not take my wrangler in because they say it damages the equipment. Mind you I have been taking wranglers through there for years with no issue. When I said that they might want to put signs up so people will know that they do not take wranglers any more the attentend that stopped me just shrugged it off. I would not recommend anyone to go to them anymore.

Racism with some of the guys not putting plastic on back wiper but just did for the one in front of me and the one behind me, and the same for spraying my vehicle not as thorough like the white customers.

Just left this car wash, granted I got there at 10 minutes before close, but it was the worst experience ever. First I paid for a $10 wash with a $20, the receipt says give it to attendant for change. Handed the receipt to him and he didn't know what to do, he checked in the office and they told him when I was done I should bring the receipt to the office for my change, seriously, he couldn't have done that on his walk in? Then he proceeds only to wash the driver side of my vehicle before moving me along the conveyor. As the wash starts my husband and I notice he did not flip in the mirrors on our SUV, so we quickly reach out to do this getting sprayed. After the wash I go in to get my change and speak with the supervisor, who informs me they only flip in mirrors on trucks, I guess car and SUV mirrors are made of steel and cannot get damaged. I will never go to or recommend this car wash. Do yourself a favor and go to Andersons car wash in Dover or Clearview car wash in Hanover.

Went there today for hand wax. They put wax on maybe 4 little areas. Then they use a buffer. Didn't take long at all. Will not spend money for a hand wax that isn't any good any more

I paid for the ultimate wash which was full exterior and interior, my wheels on my truck were still covered in brake dust with streaks that look like it was attempted, my interior had dust and dirt still on the dash, they never even touched my center console with the cup holders which was listed in description, complete waste of money

Nice carwash. Could offer additional options such as feee air fresheners, floor mat cleaning machine, spray for windows and cleaner spray. Free use of towels as well.

Staff does not give a damn. Only good one is Charlie, Apple management does not give a damn, called 4 times in 4 month and told them about garbage cans always full, vacuums not working and they told me they will refund my 6 memberships and don't come back. Was trying to help them make carwash better,

Offers reasonable prices for auomated exterior car cleaning. Best in town! Live attendant instructs before the experience. Have never had a bad experience here. For an additional cost they offer detailing. I've not used this latter service but will like to one day, trusting nothing but excellence from one of York County's most thriving dealerships that best cater to customer service!

Disappointed with how they dont follow they hours of operations, I showed up 10 minutes before 4 on a sunday and they were already closed and not even a staff member was on site, meaning they close way before 4 PM.

Good for a quick wash but you have to check it over. Not always a quality inside clean depending on who you get for the inside. Can be frustrating to pay $35 to still have a dirty car do to a lazy employee.

Good car wash with plenty of open hours. For the price, I'd expect s little better pre-wash. The guys seem to put minimal effort into brushing the front and back of my car. I have complained to the manager but it made no difference.

Mechanical breakdowns also seem to be a problem. Although a completely new wash system was installed in the spring of 2018, there are days when it still breaks down.

Show me a little better service and keep your equipment running and I'd improve your rating.

Not bad for 20 a month leaves car a bit too wet after passing thru and at times the end of the car wash which is to dry the car dont function.

I called several times, no answer (during business hours) and emailed them and it took over 3 days for them to get back to me.

They do very detailed work. I go there all the time to get my car cleaned inside and out and never left unsatisfied

This place is amazing. It has state of the art equipment and staff that is committed to superb customer service.

Barley ever open due to issues and only one wash bay. Please someone else open a Cloister on west side of York and crush this place. If it's descent weather, wash your own vehicle.it will be cleaner & done faster.

I don't understand their pricing I bought the$29.99 wash package and paid 30 some dollars for I think it was like $36 and some change if that's taxes that's awfully high for the amount of service that I got not pleased with the wash many times I had to go through a second time
