I just bought a Chevy Tahoe LT for this dealership and was told that the vehicle was totally refreshed with an oil change, inside and out cleaning and all new fluids and also with a warranty that was suppose to cover every little thing. Come to find out I noticed that I could hear my vehicle running after a week just sitting in place and every when I was driving. Almost like a tapping sound like it needed an oil change and then my a/c stops working and my transmission starts clunking when it shifts and come to find out when I take it to get an oil change they said there was no oil in the vehicle and if I would’ve drove another few hundred miles I would’ve blown my engine and my transmission fluid was black. So I take it in and ask them to reimburse me for my oil change and the deny me. Also when I it to get my a/c fixed and they said my thermostat went out so they give me a diagnostic and this was before the whole me knowing about my truck not having oil and they still didn’t say anything. So I leave and notice that my truck is saying 2% oil life. So I call if there and say hey my truck is saying 2% oil life. What’s up with that…? They tell me that they must have forgot to reset the computer when they did diagnostics. So after I found out there was no oil that means ALL IN ALL THEY CHARGED ME FOR A DIAGNOSTIC THAT THEY NEVER DID BECAUSE THE TRUCL WOULDVE TOLD THEM THERE IS NO OIL! How can somewhere that is supposed to be so professional and top tier be not having a care in the world let alone nothing near professionalism what so ever. It just blows my mind that they act like you are all that matters until you sign those papers. And that’s just two of the issues. Then come to find out the warranty doesn’t cover a damn thing even after my transmission starts winding out on gears and slamming into gear but they did make sure it road clean for about 3-4 days so I would be happy the minute I drive off of the lot. Also I even over paid them about $8,000.00 thinking I was in good hands no questions asked. By the way they were treating me when I walked in the door until I signed those papers. I 100000% high recommend that not one signal person even thinks twice about going to this Apple does dealership. And I’m not the only one that feels this was. I mean all of this happened with in two weeks of having the car and they just shrug there shoulders anytime I go in there and point fingers. In the other hand the guy Dave that sold me the vehicle and that didn’t know any of these issues with the vehicle was the most professional person in there and deserves five stars but the business side of things and professionalism they get a big fat 0

Car salesman tried selling me a Jeep patriot which I did want, but the car had noticable issues while pressing the gas it was really delayed and made a tapping noise, salesman made me think I was crazy and that it's completely normal

Weren’t willing to negotiate a price at all on a vehicle they were asking 6000 OVER MARKET value. Rudely rejected every offer we made and wouldn’t even let us talk to a sales manager.

Norm that works in the service department provided me with excellent customer service. My car came in for an oil change and he recommended that I get my tires done before my inspection, which I highly appreciate. I could tell the difference IMMEDIATELY when I drove off the Chevrolet lot after my tire service was complete. I have been getting all of my services done at Red Lion Chevrolet for about five years now and I am NEVER disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and always helpful and I hope to always give them my business in the future.

The first service gentleman I had spoken with said I was demanding since he had told me it would take two hours to fix my crash sensor. I had dropped my truck off the night before to have my truck diagnosed and was never told that the dealership could have it most of the day. Than when the gentleman said I was demanding to have my sensor fixed in two hours, I said I would drop my truck off the night before & pick up my truck by 12pm. He told me I could take my business somewhere else. He than proceeded to pick up his telephone & call his service manager, Abe. The only reason I had bought my truck to this dealership was to have my crash sensor replaced. I had prepaid for the part & for the diagnostic but after this is taken care, I can guarantee I will not be back to this dealership ever again. Very unprofessional service but this doesn't include Abe.

Pretty poor experience with the service department failing to properly diagnose my car which then led to multiple more trips in until they finally found it and a lack of transparency with the service advisor regarding the issue. Work order was written very broad and generically such that they could interpret what was done for their benefit.

Bought a Jeep here. There was issues within the warranty period, took it to their garage and it was "fixed". 4 days after the warranty expired, the car completely shut down and needed a whole transmission! They did NOTHING to help. I find it odd it was in their garage during warranty and they just didn't notice the transmission was about to go out in two weeks, or they just hid it is more likely considering they didn't care AT ALL! BEWARE. 4K repair on a car just bought from them in 34 days.

Go see Mike Lowrey (Apple red Lion) very honest and upfront individual with 30 plus years under his belt. He and I had finalized a deal on one truck but I chose another one on the day I came in to sign paperwork. About an hour in/out… Mike had paperwork for everything discussed prior to the sell.thx you Mike!

I would never recommend anyone go to service at this location not only was I disrespected I was also charged over $500 for a incomplete diagnosis on my vehicle

Norm went above and beyond to get my car repaired. He was not satisfied until the work completed and done correctly! Runs great now!

Not willing to negotiate prices on used cars whatsoever. Sales person was rude, wouldn’t budge at all and we walked away over $1,500. Crazy.

Mike Lowery was top notch to deal with! Was a pleasant transaction. Went out of his way to keep my new truck from harm during a chance for hail by putting it the show room. Also Jamie Myers was fast with the paper work in and out. Thanks to the whole sales team! Update new Truck and again best staff around Thanks Mike and Jamie.

Edit. So 2 years in and the truck is good. The service could be better though. Even as a repeat customer it is impossible to even get basic (tire valve stem for instance) done without a week plus appointment. 3 star for making me go elsewhere for service.

Original review: I am not often impressed with a dealership. I frequently am let down and don’t feel like it is a win/win. This is NOT the case with Apple Chevy.

Miguel and his team absolutely negotiated a deal that made me feel like we were both coming away whole. I am a difficult customer at times but these folks answered all my questions, found the right vehicle, provide the financing at the price point I felt was fair. Truly a terrific dealership and definitely where you need to go!
