Only body shop that I've ever been to that refused insurance work! Never in my life have I had a "BODY MAN" spend less than a minute in front of a vehicle and then state that they won't do the repairs!

This place has terrible communication. My car has been there for over two weeks and I'm just hearing today that they haven't even done anything!

Great work and communication. They made the entire process of working with the insurance company and getting all the parts needed to fix my Traverse as smooth and painless as possible. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service. Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely use them again if needed.

Recently had my subaru fixed here and the whole thing was easy and smooth. They even cleaned inside and outside of my car before I got it back which was really nice. Jessie was really helpful and made the whole experience painless.

All employees of Apple, but especially front desk staff is unprofessional, unorganized, & uncaring. Apple Collision is over-priced dramatically. The company has horrible communication skills. During the entire process, their communication to keep me updated during this stressful experience was lacking severely. When the time came to release my car to insurance company the front desk dropped the ball. I released my totaled car on Friday, October 14th. Then, yesterday October 21st, I received a call from insurance company saying "Apple Collision won't give them my car. Apple is stating that I never released the car. " I had to call back again to tell front staff Katie to release my car again. I asked Katie at Apple Collision, if u could be notified when my car was picked up from them or insurance. Katie said we don't do that. Your car will be picked up tomorrow no matter what! " (But, this is the same thing Katie said a week ago on the following Friday, that my car would be picked up next day NO MATTER WHAT. I am a new resident of Pennsylvania. I am looking for companies that I can trust & be able to rely on for years to come. Sadly, Apple Collision will never receive any more business from me.

Beautiful work, with professional and friendly service. Efficiently done, not rushed but completed ahead of time. Helped with the return of my rental car.

Vehicle looks better than new and service and updates very good and car ready before date estimated I would highly recommend them

I was side swiped and my whole driver side was messed up had to have both doors on that side replaced and some body work on the back and front fenders. Once I dropped the car off to them the parts were order and car fixed in a very timely manner. It looks as though its never been hit. The staff were very friendly and informative. I'd very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had my driver's side back door replaced and the frame around the door fixed and it looks brand new. They also had my rental there waiting for me so it was very easy to drop my car and leave with a rental. It was lovely.

Got into a small accident with my Ram and she ended up here. These guys did an awesome job putting her back together to the point where you literally can not tell an accident ever happened. There biggest thing for me was that they used all original Mopar parts instead of being cheap. That top pre of stuff matters to a car guy even if it’s your truck. Highly recommend this place.

I used this body shop in the past and it was great. Not anymore. Customer service was bad. Staff does not communicate with each other. Told different information depending on who you spoke to. I will look at using a different body shop in the future if the need arises.

After being involved in a collision, I had my vehicle towed to Apple Collision Center to have the repairs done. The staff were very professional and friendly. The shop communicated every step of the way and informed me of the entire process as well as what to expect.
I could not have asked for a better experience.

My 2019 Chevy Equinox had over 6000.00 in damages. I had no idea where to go for repairs. A friend referred me to Apple Collision. Joe and his team made it look like new again and way ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly and courteous and kept me updated. I would highly recommend this Collison Center.

Everyone works together. Clean environment. They couldn't be any nicer. I would never go anywhere else. Slight wait for parts but that wasn't their fault. Always kept up to date. Keep up the great work
