I had an amazing experience! I purchased a used car & was not happy with the results. I called James Potter to see what I was able to do & he actually took the car back & I was able to get a new car using the same deal we had worked out with the used car! I couldn't be more satisfied with his service along with Jeff Foxwell's assistance with everything. I am telling everyone I know that will be looking for a car in the future. I'm beyond happy with my experience at Apple Honda. Thank you so much for being a part of my new start on life!

Least helpful customer service I’ve ever had. I like Honda but this dealership made me consider Toyota instead.

I've always had a great experience here from service to sales. People went above and beyond, or stayed after dealership closed to assist me. Flexible, friendly, no-pressure atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Just purchased a 2010 Honda fit and so far no negatives to report. The sales guy (JD) was super helpful and really tried his best to work with my unusual situation regarding my trade-in. Also being as I opted in for the platinum warranty they were able to fix my ac before I got the paperwork signed. Super professional and efficient!
Only complaint I could think of regards title policy and the fee I have to pay since it will take longer than 2 days to get my trade-ins title in the mail. An unfortunate $160 down the drain but not much you can do with corporate policy.

Never ever again. Took my car there for a simple repair. Ended up getting brakes, calipers and rotors. Wanted to do more. Took my car to my local garage along with the parts originally replaced. There was nothing wrong with them. All they wanted was my money. Not worried about my safety. I've bought several cars from them. Never again. All they care about is money.

We loved Miguel our sales associate. We went in this past Saturday and got a used Honda CRV. Miguel was patient and very helpful with us. Have been here a few times to have work done on my SUV. The staff are really awesome and helpful. They helped diagnose my issues and explain to me in which order they should be done. Price was fair and their work is always great.
