Dwayne made the whole process very easy. He even gave me a taste of his homemade salsa, which was very good.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Car wheels were making a bumping sound at high speed. Made another appt. They said my tires needed balanced. Charged me for it. Left the shop. Drove on highway and did better going straight, but now hitting a curve it’s making the same sound. Another appt this weekend. Tire balancing is a basic skill. They should not charge me to rebalance. If they come up with another issue, that means they did address the real issue and had to know about it because they did a thorough inspection last week. I expect a dealer to get repairs right the first time- they are supposed to be the experts! It’s not rocket science

I serviced my Subaru quite a few times at this location and at other locations as well.
What makes this location unique lately is the overcharges they have.
Basically you schedule your car for maintenance at a cost on line and then they charge you more when you check out.
This is very shameful for the name Subaru, and it makes me not want to buy another one in the future.
I explained this last time at the local service manager, but he just simply doesn't understand that this is an unfair practice and he things that a way to fix this problem is to change the website to have a disclaimer in the future that warns you of the additional charges. That just simply wrong as well.
We, the Subaru owners are not okay with this.
You guys service Subaru cars and should not do this for basic services such as oil changes and tire rotations.
The price you show on line should be the price we pay.
$79.99 + $24.95 = $104.94
$104.94 + 6% sales tax = $111.23 (that's what I should've paid).
Instead, I was charged $121.61.

I came from out of state to buy a used car here. I thoroughly researched prices and packages and feel I got a fair price. I had some issues that randomly came up in the 30 days after purchase. Brian Noll worked with me to get them looked at and resolved. I appreciated his and the team's flexibility and help. I would recommend visiting and shopping with Apple Subaru if you are in the car market. You will be treated as a person and not just a customer.

I’ve been 2 times now and both times I was told they didn’t have keys for the cars I wanted to test drive. So we asked them to hold the car and come back when they had a key. They then sold the car after telling me they would hold it.

Tyler was absolutely AMAZING to work with! He got me into a good car and a good price I needed to stay in. He made my experience wonderful with having my son there as well. I couldn’t have asked for better assistance in this experience. He stayed in touch with me during the entire time and communicated well. I love my new car so much!

My experience with Apple Subaru has been horrible. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Their service department is
very unprofessional. They will look you in the eye and lie directly to your face. I took my
Subaru Legacy in for service when I began having issues with the computer sound system, navigation and eyesight systems going out/turning off randomly. They had my car for a day told me they drove it for 30 minutes but could not reproduce any issues that I had stated I was having with the car. I insisted that they take another look so they kept the car for another day, still stating they could find nothing wrong and could not help me even though my car is still under warranty. They said they can't fix anything if they can find nothing wrong. The head service technician came out and told me he personally drove it home twice to personally address the concern with the car and found nothing wrong. They did a software update and said that was all they could do. I went out to my car turned it on and saw there were only 2 miles placed on my car from the time I dropped it off. How would it of been possible for them to drive my car for 30 minutes and for the service technician to additionally drive it home twice and only 2 miles be placed on my car? I called and asked for the service manager who I was told was not there and was given his voice mail, left a message and a week later am still waiting for a return phone call. This not the first time I had issues with the computer in the car or issues with the service department. I am appalled at the audacity and unprofessional actions of the slice department of Apple Subaru. I will never buy a car from Apple ever again. I am a loyal Subaru customer, but never again with Apple of York. I will take my business to Hanover Subaru from now on. I am filing a formal complaint with Subaru USA corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau. I certainly hope that people read this and think twice about purchasing a car from any Apple dealership if this is how they do business.

I bought a used 2013 Forester at this dealership for about 15k. After only 3k miles, the engine had to be completely replaced. This is not the kind of thing I'd expect from an official dealership. Luckily I had gotten the extra warranty, so I'm not out another 10k. Buyer beware.

I enjoyed doing business with their staff. They provide outstanding customer service, they are honest, and friendly. I recommend asking for Haylie. I will recommend Apple Subaru to all my friends and family. I'm so happy with the deal I got and for my new outback!

Apple Subaru did an amazing job repairing my car. I stopped by unexpectedly because my car started making noise while I was driving in the area and they took it back immediately and I was out the door within a hour! ZFast, great service! Friendly too.

The deal went well and was flawless. They catered to my wish to have nearly everything done online and over the phone. When I came in to buy it there wasn’t much to do.

Shopping for a car is not high on our list of favorite things to do but Tom Kerns of Apple Subaru made our buying experience quite pleasant. Tom was patient with us as we looked at and test drove quite a few cars, giving my wife and I each a turn behind the wheel. We made a decision and came back the next day to drive home a nice Subaru Forester.

Well as you can see 5 stars, they treated me amazing and fixed my car under warranty, and the master tech that did the job was awesome too, came out and spoke with me when I originally dropped the car off.
