A……s! Took my power beats pro. They never contacted me. No email notification, no phone calls. And they can’t tell me when it’s supposed to be delivered. In the other words, my headset are disappeared. And they want to do nothing, no replacement, no paid for lost, just no nothing! F…k your service! That’s how you guys service people, no respect

The biggest and most comprehensive mall in the area. There is a large food court and various restaurants. Numerous services are also available. The Apple store is quite large and popular

I had questions about my location sharing on my IPhone 13 so we went to Apple and spoke with Eddison. He basically gave us a quick lesson on my questions and about an iPhone in general. He’s very knowledgeable and was patient with my boyfriend and I and our many questions. I didn’t feel rushed like when you go to some places. If you have any problems or need answers on all things IPhone related I suggest you go and see him at the Willow Grove Mall! Thank you Eddison for your help today, much appreciated!

Switching from the android platform to an iphone thought it would be a better phone overall and boy was I wrong. I have the new iPhone 13 pro max and it has been a pain since I bought the phone. The experience I had at this location was horrible. I brought my phone to this location and was there entirely too long (5 hours) and nothing was resolved due to them not being able to fix it because they didn't have the part in stock. Not only that I'm very OCD with my phone. When I brough it in I didn't have air bubbles and my screen protector was on straight, they told me take off my screen protector to get the repair, once you take off a screen protector it's no longer sticky and you'll have air bubbles. But the tech told me to take it off then right after said we don't have the part in stock. Now my screen protector is off and they can't fix my phone. I originally bought my screen protector for apple so requested for a new one. Another tech by the name jul gave me nothing but attitude for my request. Then asked "are you happy now" in a smart manner. I wasn't happy because I was there too long and my issues with my device aren't resolved. I felt Disrespected and that's how you build a hostile environment. Willow grove please due better

Had to get my son iphone 12pro screen replaced. I don't know what happened to the phone. The screen just went black. So they fixed it there within 45 minutes

My friend, his dad and I went to buy the new iPhones and the customer service was unexpected very disrespectful to my friend’s dad when he was asking basic questions which is their job to answer and advise us on our selections and ended up leaving us her excuse was she’s on break and we couldn’t find any other subs to assist with the purchase. We ended up leaving empty hands.

Isaiah (Izzy) was great. He was so helpful! He took me right before his shift was over and did not rush me. He gave me some helpful tips about the watch and iPhone and didn’t push anything on me. Highly recommend.

“Geniuses” tell you that they have too many customers while standing and talking to each other instead of helping those customers. Get ready to comeback another day if anything needs to be fixed.

Thank you to Joe and his team at the Willow Grove store for going above and beyond to help my mother. They stayed well after the store closed to resolve her issues when they clearly had other plans and families to go home to. All your help is greatly appreciated.

I never really care enough to leave a review on anything, but I'm making an exception this time. I came in with my father to purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I walked in, made an appointment. The person who was taking care of the purchase was extremely rude. My father is not a native English speaker and she was treating him like he was dumb. She was being extremely impatient with him and any questions he asked, she would answer with short tempered tone. I worked in retail in the past and I can understand what it's like to be asked too many questions by customers, but he was just asking very basic questions such as: How much would we be paying in total monthly after tax? What's the interest rate for financing? Etc. It was really basic questions that any customers should be asking. He never even repeated a question. She also decided to leave us mid transaction and take her break. She handed us off to a fellow employee, but that person just ended up leaving us. I can deal with people being rude to me, but when it comes to my parents it really bothers me and I can't ever stand. I decided to leave and not buy anything.

My visit was there on Mother’s Day. It was crowded but manager was there to help. He was very nice he helped me right away. He saw me standing there for my appointment and came to help me. All other employees were not that friendly but manager was nice. Came to rescue me.

Always a wonderful experience at this location! Apple truly has the world's best customer service of any consumer brand — nobody even comes close.

I went to this store when I was accidentally locked out of my iPhone. The two 20-something employees were impolite and showed little interest in helping me solve my problem. First I was asked, “So you mean you forgot your passcode? ” in a patronizing manner, then they told me to “try it again and see. ” Finally I was told to “just call Apple customer service. ” How, exactly, was I supposed to call customer service when I couldn’t use my phone? No additional help from those two, nor any expression of regret that I would have to lose all of my files in a factory reset. They were patently unfriendly.
I pressed for an appointment with their tech department and, with an eye-roll, was told to leave and come back in 10 minutes. I chose to let this pass, assuming they might have limitations on how many people could be in the store at one time due to COVID.
In the end I went home and eventually was able to restore my phone via the online Apple support page.
I know these things happen in this day and age, when we are so dependent on our devices for everything. But is that an excuse for discourtesy? My complaint is as much directed at the Apple Store as it is the rude employees. The store chose to hire them, after all.

I had a wonderful experience at Apple Willow Grove Park! I needed help setting up my iPhone, and I was able to get a setup appointment right away with Sam, whose positive, upbeat, and outgoing personality brightened my day.

When I’m to get my MacBook service which was completely fine and working. I had it for a long time. All I wanted was a battery service and suddenly I get a call saying my motherboard broke and it’s going to be $1299 and then on top of the the display has to be replaced for another $600. It’s just funny how they can’t do the on service I asked them to do but is willing to do the stuff I don’t need done. This place is a joke.

Don't go there on a Saturday or Sunday I met a friend there and we waited for 3+ hrs to exchange and purchase an iPad this is with an appointment and still had to wait to be seen at least an hour and a half after our appointment time. Word to the wise if you don't want to be there all day don't go on the weekends
