27The person who serve us didn't knew what was in the menú or the offers of the night. Then he desapere from the restaurant leaving us hanging. The manager of the store took care of us plus gave us a discount and his most sincere apologies. One thing I can say if you are new at this kind of work memorize what is in the menú. If you are new at the job be sincere and try your best!
Went to eat last night and the woman who served us was real nice but it was our 2nd time going there and the food wasn't done.
Staff are very friendly and very concerned about taking your order and all. I would come back to Applebee's again.
Yes it's a chain restaurant but that doesnt mean the food isn't good. The prices are always good and I've never gotten bad service here. Good happy hour drinks and specials
The staff was very nice and helpful. The serving sizes of the meals left more to be desired for the price I paid.
I can understand the wait for the tables. My order was messed up. Both restrooms were out of order. I couldn't even go inside to change my son's diaper. The waiter took 20 minutes just to get order checks.
The place is very nice, the waitress was very attentive, the food was lukewarm, it took a lot with the dessert, the dirty dishes
