Curbside to go is always right on time and the manager Kevin is very nice and goes above and beyond and works as part of the team. Great service!

Food was ok but advertising but 50 in gift certificates get 10 coupon
Bought asked about bonus card was told manager would bring
Later came over said promo was over
Said was adv in front
When went back sign was taken down
I wasn't the only one that commented on sign

Went with a large group of friends.our server christopher was incredible to us and gave us great respect and courtesy! 10/10 would go again because of my experience with him

The whole staff was so wonderful for accommodating our late night venture… from the hostess to the service to the food to the drinks to the fellow sweeping in the back and the one with the pink poof… thank you for a wonderful evening! To Chris and his beautiful red headed lady - thank you!

The food was great. The service was fantastic! The restaurant made me feel safe. It was clean and all staff wore masks and cleaned the tables.

Waitress was awful, our lemonade taste like water, asked for butter for our veggies n she never brought it. Asked again n she said u want butter then finally guy brought it out after veggies were cold n steak very grizzly. Wasnt best meal. Very disappointed.

Great atmosphere.but TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE service & portions were ridiculously small for the price.steak was actually bleeding when we said we said medium/well.sent it back.came back burnt.watered down drinks 3/4 full of ice. & no checking on us during the meal.even when we we're flagging him down, actually Joubert avoided parties that did not order alcoholic drinks. AVOID the wilkes barre pa.applebees until they realize the portions are ridiculous & the prices being charged for super poor service.heard parties around complain too.tried to get he manager, but too busy.

Went for late nights Apps with my kids, and friends last night and the food was delicious. Even with them being short staffed, they managed to get drinks and food too us in a timely manner.
I highly recommend the nachos!

I enjoyed my visit alot. The server was get attentive to me any my family. And the food came out very hot. Flavor was amazing. Will go back.

Absolutely lovely. The service was a little slow but it was a little over crowded so I did not complain about it. My bf && I loved the food. That grilled shrimp and pasta was the best. I loved it.

Now I know why I haven't gone to Applebee's in 3 years. They are still bad. We went in. Got seated and with no menu or silverware. Waitress came over and asked us if we wanted drinks and I told her I haven't gotten a menu to see what drinks you have and I was told to that I have to scan the barcode on the table to get the menu. One of the reasons we eat out is to have conversation and leave the phones alone. Anyway. She gave me attitude and got a menu that has no descriptions of the food. Well to shorten this story. We didn't get silverware until we got our main course and the whole time iwe was there i saw my waitress 3 times especially after we got our food. She didn't come back for 20-30 minutes. No refills, no offer of desert. Such a bad experience. Well you know I won't be going there anymore.

The general manager of the store is a doll. And the woman in the front showing you to your seat with the blond long pretty hair is so, so sweet!

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would have.
Not because of the food, mind you. But because of the treatment an elderly VETERAN received during my wait for a table. The gentleman came in asking if he could sit at a bar table if there was room currently. He was told there would be a 15 minute wait until he could be seated. He obliged and asked if he could sit at a table where pick up was held. They told him no. It was for pick up only. Rudely. Did not even offer him a chair. Nothing. He left sadly stating that he was a TWO time war vet.and can I also add he had clergy apparel on? Appalling. Restaurants are hurting and need business to catch up. Being RUDE to customers is not endearing. And to a man that served our country. My party walked out. First and last time I will be there. I cannot support a business that treats people that way. Where is the respect? Treat others as you want to be treated. Simple.

The place was clean and the staff friendly and there following all the guidelines for the covid-19. I ordered the Orange Chicken bowl and it was delicious, the only thing was the cilantro rice underneath it was so strong tastings of cilantro in killed the flavors of the other ingredients.

Applebee's was awsome, even tho food to go, the food was cooked in nice portions an ready in a short time, thank u best meal to have on a Sunday. Grilled chicken an greens an garlic mash,! Thee best!

Jpubert C was AMAZING. I don't think I had a better Wait staff experience in my life and I just went for a lil Lunch. He wasn't only Contagiously joyful, But he went above and BEYOND. Made us Extremely comfortable and Happy. Best Team e ver. Hostess was FANTASTIC as Well.

Their new Bowls are delicious! I was skeptical about all ads on tv for these, but purchased two for dinner this week and we were not disappointed! Car pickup. Easy, inexpensive, substantial servings. We well reorder in near future.
