Applebee's Grill + Bar, Havertown PA

The staff was absolutely delightful. The food left alot to be desired. I ordered the fish and chips online. The app wouldn't let me submit my oder unless I ordered 2 sides.so I did. When I got home.you guessed it NO chips. WTH! When I called back to complain I was advised that I had to order the chips.to get the chips with the fish and chips entré. You follow me! The fish coating was crispy.but the fish was old or freezer burned. My friends ordered the spinach and artichoke dip.it looked like it had sat around sine the day before.o could go on.but it'll just make me made. Applebee's is the worst!

Mackenzie was great waitress who gave great customer service. She was calm and understanding when i was ordering my food and did not rush me.

Even though Mackenzie is new she is so great at her job. She has amazing energy and people skills. She was very concerned with my friends allergies. Loved her hospitality.

Caoimhe was wonderful! We were her first table of her new job and she was extremely friendly and professional.

My server Nik was amazing, the service was wonderful and I would definitely come back again.

Mackenzie was an excellent server. She was very helpful with my friends allergy concerns. She was so polite and I loved her smile. That’s hard to come by in a restaurant and she was such a great server.

I come here often, and Mackenzie and Cade are some of the best waiters and waitresses I’ve ever had. I have a ton of food allergies and dietary restrictions, however they were both so helpful in guiding me to the allergen menu.

The young lady was very nice did not have to wait long for our orders. See made sure we were satisfy with our food

After being seated right away, waited 15 minutes to be greeted by waitress. Got our appetizers minutes before the entree was brought out. Had to send the boneless wings back, the say under the heat lamps too long making the sauce dry and a layer on top of the ranch. Other than that, everything was good.

Cade was an amazing server! Helped my friends and I out a lot during dinner! Very attentive and kind! Will be returning!

Applebee's is my favorite place to eat! Servers are always friendly and efficient. I love the lunch specials; my favorite is the French Onion soup and the triple cheese Mac and cheese. Both delicious!

I came here for lunch, with my friend that I dine with when going out. Today we had Cyndi as our server. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure we had our drinks filled, as soon as they were nearly empty. As always, the food was very enjoyable. I love this place and love to come back any chance I get. I highly recommend this location of Applebee's!

Upon our arrival we met Greg he was so kind towards us and his service was amazing.
