Servers where directly beside us talking badly on other employees, talking about going to Doordarsh and making more money, etc.won't be back

I ate here for veterans Day and food was excellent my kids and I had a good time and everything was prepared as it should be and the customer service was excellent.

Me and my mom went and we waited for an hour for our food then for it to come out cold this place has turned out horrible

Just ate dinner here last night, the Fish And Chips was. Also Tried Shipyard Pumpkin Head Beer for the first time and I wasn't disappointed! Definitely going to be back again soon.

The food was good, desert was excellent!
We had the maple Blonde with ice cream. The portion was a nice side.

Found a hair in my food -the management says "it's not my hair. " Alright, it's not mine either, I have red/blonde hair.so.

Poor customer service.

I love it there when I stay at the Holiday Inn it's my favorite place to eat. And walking distance.

Ate at Applebee's tonight. The dinner was good but the wait took forever. I understand that places are understaffed now. But it took an hour for ribs and a chicken strawberry salad. The waitress was super nice though.

My wife and I ordered takeout today, and I'm very pleased with the service. The food was good the server that brought us out our food was very nice. We ordered 10 helpings of chicken Alfredo and it only took 40 min.

Very rude front hostess & our first waitress! Ate lunch today with our friends after the Meadville car show, the hostess was going to sit all six of us grown adults at a small cramped table. We asked to be moved to a bigger table or booth so we could be more comfortable. The first waitress & front hostess gave additude and made comments that where uncalled for. Our waitress was switched, but still comments where being shared by other employees. Obviously, these two do not and should not work with the public. The food was good service was lacking. Our sencond waitress was very pleasant, she should be your lunchtime front hostess. Will not recommend this Applebee's.

Ugh, the food was awful. We ordered a pretty simple lunch, soup & salads. The tomato soup was full of crutons & some kind of shredded cheese; I think it was supposed to be parm but tasted like wood chips. The cesear salad was soggy and tasted like the chemicals they put on bagged salads and the french onion soup was just warm. Very disappointing dining experience.

Stopped by Applebee's in Meadville, PA on the way back from Lake Erie and had a fantastic experience. Henry was an outstanding server. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Thanks for great service.

Horrible attention to detail, had to repeat myself multiple times (more then 4) and still yet had to correct order again. The service took forever and rarely checked on our table. Drinks were not refilled ever. The manager made multiple excuses from saying it was end of shift and shift change to they were new employees and everything else under the sun. Was not willing to take any accountability for the horrible experience they served up.

AVOID THIS APPLEBEES AT ALL COSTS, GO TO ERIE!

I'm not an Applebee's hater, I love Applebee's, but this location is BADDDD! THE MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE FOR ALLOWING IT!

I had the strawberry coconut margarita was great. The club was good. Had some appetizers: mozzarella sticks & onion rings.
Also had fish & chips meal $12.50
Was a good dinner.

My boys love The Applebee's resturaunts, and daddy don't mind taking them! Great food for us men. Plus some intense tic- tac-toe games on the kid menus!
