Applebee's Grill + Bar, East Norriton PA

Well I may be someone impartial when I give this review because I actually worked at this Applebee's and I can tell you you get a big fight for your buck and the food is good and so is

Today me my father and my stepmom went to Applebees for dinner, celebrating for me moving into an apartment I started with the French onion soup, however the soup was missing one thing. The onions. It was also bland and was in edible. However everything else was great.

Cymaruh was our server and she was great! She deserves a raise, she was so sweet and kind and generous. The food came out quickly and was really good

4 out of 5 lunches were good. An issue with the 5th lunch being overdone. Have ean there numerous times service is usually very good to great and food is always decent. They are usually a 8-9/10 just not quite there for 5 stars

The food is honestly awful because i have ordered a kids cheese pizza for my son, as he took his first bite he instantly spit it out and told me it tastes horrible. I decided to try it for myself and realized what my son meant. The pizza was very soggy and didn’t even taste like pizza and taste like rubber and was very soggy. I called over a waitress for a replacement and when the pizza showed up it still didn’t taste good. We didn’t eat the pizza and told them we aren’t gonna pay for a disgusting pizza. The chicken Alfredo pasta also didn’t taste good as it was very uncooked and that’s when i knew we had to leave.i’m never stepping foot in that restaurant again

Had a great experience with Destiny our waiter. She was very attentive to our 7 person party. We were celebrating my daughter's 17th birthday for dinner.

Exquisite! We enjoyed our service and had a great time at the beloved Applebees. I called to see the wait time and from those first words I knew it was going to be a good night! Our waiter Walter was very kind and made sure all of us felt comfortable and cozy. Our food came out in under 15 minutes which was the highlight of our trip for me. Coming from Wisconsin, we never have had such good and respectful service. Thank you to all Applebee’s employees in East Norriton. God bless you all. Love, Rolf.

Love Applebee's in East Norriton! Food is always ready when we order to go, rarely any wrong or missing items and the 2 for $22 is the best deal.

The food was tasty, at a good temperature, and a fine presentation. The servers were attentive and quickly refilled drinks

We're an applebee's family, and go often. I like the two for 22/29 deal and they always have good drinks. A good family spot or somewhere to grab a drink/have happy hour

I ordered curbside delivery and picked up. The ordering process online was easy and my order was ready as soon as I parked and checked in.

It's Applebees haha nothing extraordinary but okay with kids. It's affordable, the food is usually palatable. I usually get pasta or salad. Sometimes the ribs. The $5 Christmas Margarita was pretty good.

Still waiting for a response from Applebee’s management….

Went there for a family meal this evening and was very disappointed. The restaurant was empty and we were made to wait approx 15 minutes for a table. When at least 25 minutes passed we still weren’t being taken care of and decided to leave. No customer service in checking in on us and keeping us updated and also no real justification for the wait.
Based upon the number of Door Dash deliverers etc coming in I believe that Applebee’s are prioritizing deliveries over in person custom. We ended up walking out and I won’t be spending my money at this Applebee’s in future. A very poor experience and when we said we were leaving the waitress didn’t offer any type of service recovery and just allowed us to leave. Seems like the staff don’t care.

We hadn't been to Applebees in a while but I felt like a casual atmosphere with easy parking. The chicken wanton tacos were fantastic! For dinner we split a cheeseburger and the chicken bowl salad. We were hungry and happily finished both. Our server Gabrielle was very attentive and kind. All in all, our dinner and experience were worth writing about!

Kelly aka Kellz the Bartender is never allowed to leave. She is the best and I hope to see her everytime I come in. Very pleasant to talk too and always has a positive attitude along with a big smile to go with it. She makes this place a friendly neighborhood restaurant. I also loved how the two hostesses tag teamed every table as I look around. Once people left Savannah and Sanaya (I asked their names) were all over it. They keep this place looking clean and ready to be dined in. 1/2 off Wonton Tacos gotta love it

Good meal and service! It was worth the drive to get there. Was staying around Montgomeryville and the Applebees there was closed down. The map said six miles but the road there made it feel like a lot longer. Once there, our server was great (on top of things) and no issues with the meals.

Very nice place. We got there as soon as they were opening. The hostess was nice, I admired her green hair. Our bartender I'd met her before and she knew my friends, Debra & her father. We enjoyed our lunch, then people started arriving. Clean, comfortable and well worth visiting!

Actually used to be my go to spot. Maybe it’s under new management but they are doing a terrible job. The restaurant is empty on a Saturday night because they’re telling people it’s a 25-30min wait yet there’s no one in here. Either the workers just don’t want to work or their staff is too incompetent to handle peak hours

Due to the pandemic they are understaffed but they made it work. Our waitress was a joy. She was very helpful and accommodating even though it was her and one other person as wait staff.

The food was good. The new Dwayne Johnson drink was good.

I will go back again.
