The food is great but something is either always wrong or always missing from my delivery order even though the instructions are printed on the receipt. This time I ordered mashed potatoes and got coleslaw. I asked for no mushrooms and there was mushrooms in my food. What if I was allergic?
Alyssa was very personable and gave us great service. We never needed for anything but come back and ask for her.
Anna was wonderful. We were a group of 7 and she took great care of us. Will request her again.

I have missed this place. It’s always been a peaceful and clean hangout that became good memorial for me. And Anna, my server, was so sweet. Everyone is doing awesome!

Hands down the BEST Applebee's I have ever been to. The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. The food.what can I say? It was phenomenal. I'd say I've ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp maybe 50+ times as it's the only thing I order from Applebee's. This wasn't what I was used to. This was an experience. The seasoning was enfused in the chicken, seared to perfection in a way I never knew possible from any restaurant. The shrimp was just as flavorful, complimenting the chicken as intended when this menu item was created. I'm sitting outside typing this already planning my next visit. Thank you for the experience, my new favorite Applebee's location.
