Applebee's Grill + Bar, State College PA

3 of us ate. The sauce on the whiskey burger wasn't on the sandwich, it wasnt very hot. The waitress wasn't very attentive. Other then that the flavor of the food and amount was very good. Everyone was friendly. We got the crispy bacon ranch burger, whiskey burger, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. The ac was on and was cold in there.

Good fast hot food, great service, clean atmosphere and friendly staff.
We were traveling and eating on the go. Unfortunately no utensils were packed.
We managed but it was a tad inconvenient.
Still it didn’t take away from the experience because all of our meals were delicious.
(Sorry no pics, I was distracted looking for utensils.)

If I’m in state college again for the next graduation I will definitely return to this Applebees.

Waiting staff was incredibly attentive even though they were overloaded with catering requests for graduation.

Food was most excellent great restaurant for sure!

The waiter was horrible. Never filled our drinks. Had to keep stopping him to ask for stuff. Then had to ask the hostess for our bill. The place had maybe 10 tables when we got there. Had to wait 10 mins to be seated. The whisky burger was amazing. Don't recommend yhe ribblets. They have alot of little bones.

They have good food and good service. I saw a woman yell at a staff member once because they were understaffed and honestly the employee handled it better than I would. During this visit I got their ribs which are honestly my top choice there.

The only little complaint I have is the spinach and artichoke dip was just a tad bit on the bland side. The rest of the food was great and the server was absolutely more than lovely!

We were in state college pa, our food was sharing an appetizer of different foods. Filled us up and it was all delicious. Great drinks. Friendly server! Clean!

Chicken penne. Noodles were cold. I ask for women sauce. They brought it. While waiting for it, my breadstick was cold. I ask for another one. They brought it.

I came here and my waiter JOSH did not bring our drinks out and only brought one and I still waited and then another person brought our drinks like huh how does that work bud and I didn’t even get the right drink I ordered mango and got regular lemonade. I was out of my drink never once asked me for a refill or nothing we asked him for napkins and he brings exactly 3 like are we rationing napkins now can’t give extras. Then he gave us our bill and walked away not once said have a good night or nothing very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I think you need to look into your staffing. The food was very good tho

Our server was extraordinary kind to a customer that sat behind us. The customer had great difficulty talking and he went out of his way to take the extra time to talk with her

It's an Applebee's, nothing special but not bad. I actually really enjoyed my fries last time I went, but my burger was pretty greasy. I don't go often, but when I have the service is good. It's just the food that's a bit hit and miss.

Our waiter Tom was the most kind waiter that i have ever met in any restaurant that i have been to. He made it a very eventful evening for myself, my boyfriend and parents! I hope he gets a pay raise for his hard work and dedication.

We have always had wonderful experiences at this Applebee's. However, the wait for food was very long, and the food arrived overcooked or not as ordered. We also waited a long time for the requested items. If eating in on a Saturday night, and you are told the wait will be 15 minutes or more, expect at least an hour before food arrives and hope for the best.

Not sure what happened within the last 3 weeks but the new staff is extremely rude and simply don’t care. I’d much rather drive 50 minutes to Altoona than deal with them. Safe to say, I’ll just wait until the next batch of employees. Shame how it’s gone downhill

This is my first time to Applebee's, and it turns out amazing. We had back ribs, wings and a burger. The ribs and burger are decent (for the price), but the honey pepper wings are just GREAT! That's a must-have.

I found it to do a very homie atmosphere I would recommend this place to anyone who listens and reads this and I would definitely definitely be going back

A nice dine-in, as always, great drinks, great food, interesting crowd at first last Saturday, but a great experience each time

We absolutely LOVE Applebee's. The food is always amazing and fresh. The waiter we had was incredible. He made sure to check on us often and was just wonderful. Can't wait to go back

Food was prepared just the way I ordered. The waiter was very good, he refilled drinks before they were completely empty. The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere.

Food was not cooked right. Sent it back took forever for a rare steak to come back out. Then they messed up the check was wrong. Asked for management he was too scared to talk to me and never came. The service was horrible. Could have had better service experince at McDonald’s. Some table across asked for plates they never got them. I waited over an hour for ranch and never got it. I had to ask 3 servers for steak sauce. Never got it kinda had to get rude to get some a-1 sauce. Never again.
