Applebee's Grill + Bar, Jenkintown PA

Very good drinks and tasty food. I ordered the blackened salmon. The waitress was nice and courtesy. The bathroom was clean.

Went here with my dad for lunch and I'm highly disappointed. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and he got a Whiskey burger. The whiskey burger was over cooked and they put the wrong cheese on the burger. My chicken sandwich was so dry and rubbery it was too tough to eat. When I explained to the waiter the problem with his food he said that there's nothing that he could do and that the chef ran out of the cheese for the burger so his "hands are tied". When I requested to speak to the manager we both were ignored that it was time for the bill. We waited over 30 minutes to first make our order and now when we do the ordered was beyond messed up. Disrespectful staff when all we asked is to talk to someone about the issue. Spending over $30 for horrible food is really disappointing, especially when all you wanted was to have a nice lunch with your dad.

I will like to give them 0 star, the service was terrible, the food really really bad and cold, with the drinks you will catch a diabetes for sure, the bread for the pasta was like from 5days, the ribs was like the left over of some one else, the entries terrible as well, we ask for 4 plates and 4 drinks and not even one of them was good. THE OWNER OF THAT PLACE SHOULD GO BECAUSE THEY ARE KILLING IT,

Only about 10 tables occupied in the whole place yet I have to chase the waitress down for my check 10 minutes after she took away my plate and then dissappears

Great place I love because they gotten us seat quick our server was excellent young man not good with names but had dreads to his shoulders great work boo enjoy my time for my son graduation. Made us feel welcome.

Awesome! 1st time out since pandemic. Service was kinda slow, but nothing to complain about. My server was GREAT. I always get the Double Crunch Shrimp.delicious. Hoping to go back soon.

Friendly staffs but food was bad. Brisket quesadilla was not delicious but very salty. Nacho chip wasn't crispy. French fries were not served as hot nor tasty. Stakes were too much cooked for medium.disappointed.

I waited over 40 mins for my appetizer. When the manager came he offered nothing. Spoke so low I could hardy hear him. I eat here often and this is the first time I experienced poor service.

The staff and management were awesome. The batter dipped fish dinner was surprisingly good as well.

Always a good place to eat.service here is great, very friendly, food is good, drinks are not expensive!

My sandwich and fries were cold, after waiting over 30 minutes for them, my glass stood empty for 10 minutes. The service was poor but then so was the quality of my food. I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Three people seating customers. Two people serving tables. One behind the bar. We had to wait to be seated. Ridiculous. Are the ones seating customers too good to take orders at table. At least seat the customers at the available tables take the orders. They share the tips I bet.

We waited 45 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was half empty. The hostess told us they didn't have enough Cooks. When we finally ordered, the waitress came back to tell us they were out of one of our items. When the food finally came, only one of three dishes arrived. 5 minutes later the other two showed up. This was a pathetic attempt to be a restaurant. By the way, the food was pretty good once we got it.

The server was nice but my food came cold and they took it back and then my steak got cold the manager didn't even give me a discount I'll never go to that Applebee's again very poor management

The food was great and the service was outstanding. Had a great time there with family and friends.

Horrible. Very dated decor, and the guests are attrocious. Dont go there after 12, not a good crowd. Bartender was good though, she should work somewhere else.

Inattentive waitress, bathroom was atrocious which had urine all over the floor, half price apps were yummy, triple bacon burger yummy, initially served cold fried but they brought me some hot ones before I finished my meal.

Great place. The server was very friendly and came back after each course to check on us to see if we needed refills on the all you can eat chicken and ribs special.

This was my first time visiting Abblebbe's and my last.when I walked in the door 3 workers were standing there.no one spoke then after 39 seconds one asked 2. I said hello.then one of them spoke.the gentleman that seated us just put the menus down and walked away without a word.my mother is 86 and she could not believe the atmosphere of the place.very loud, lots of young people and the customers sitting was cursing and had the phones on speaker.not only that the food was horrible.my waitress was ok very pleasant she seemed a little frustrated and I can understand why once I saw the tables she had to wait on. I hate to say this the best thing there was the water.what a waste of time and money.

Food was good today waitress was perfect just was being herself! Price was reasonable for meal as well.
