Alket was really great, he did a thorough job at installing the part for my 2 yr old dishwasher: he contacted me when he was going to come do the work and did not leave until he was sure the water and washing inside of dishwasher was all working correctly! SCAM! Don't Use! We called this company to come out and fix a oven fan that would not turn off. Leon spent 2 minutes looking at the oven and told us he would need to order a replacement piece because they don't have it in stock due to the older model oven. Charged $176 but stated it would go towards the work. Days went by and we heard nothing. When my wife called the company to get an update on the status, the receptionist told her that " yes the oven does need a new piece but we aren't ordering it and that we won't be coming back out. " Thanks! $176 to tell me it's broken. If I could give this company a 0 star I would

Tony was awesome he did an excellent job. He was early and he diagnosed the issue with the dryer very quickly. I am very impressed with appliance doctor. It felt like old time service.

We have used Appliance Doctor many times in our physical therapy office over the last few years. I am always greeted in a friendly and professional manner when calling to request an appointment. Tony always arrives in the time period we were told and goes above and beyond what is expected to get our washer and dryer working again as fast as possible while keeping us informed on what needs to be done and the timeframe we can expect it done in. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Used thier online request, they did not get back to me until 5 days later. I went with Connect Appliances and was pleased with the response and repair.

This is the EXACT message I just sent to them. You decide:

I called and spoke to someone in your office, and the person who repaired the machine also spoke to them. Your tech, without ever putting even ONE HAND on the machine told me it was the "mother board" because I guess he was feeling psychic. The guy that actually FIXED the machine, came out and cleaned out the filter and showed me how to so the machine will work property.

I asked your person to refund the $174.55 I was charged and she said she'd need to see the invoice from the other guy - who was on the phone with her. I'm looking for an email address, and there is none on your site.

Shame on you.

Can’t say enough about the guy that serviced my washer…. Absolutely qualified just a very nice guy!

The service was professional and responsive. However, we found this company too expensive. We paid close to $1,000. We are sure it would have cost less with another company. We won't use them again.

The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and performed the repair, all within 20 minutes. It would have taken me four days, at least one trip to an appliance parts store, and the loss of my immortal soul from all the cussin' I would have done.

The cost was more than I wanted to pay, but far less than if I had attempted repair myself, and was well worth it.
