I wish there is zero star I would give zero Just recently, Dennis (salesman) going door to door asking people if need a new roof and siding second time he comes I decided to sign the agreement and give him deposit for work he was super nice guy until I signed the agreement and gave him a deposit, after that he just disappeared I waited about one mouth than I send numerous messages and emails to owner Anthony and office to get my deposit back because it's clear they don't wanna do work whatever reason but no response, even though they know insurance approved all clams seems like they don't wanna wait for insurance money, the result is they took my deposit money and disappeared I would not recommend this company to nobody they are not trustworthy people at all. I documented everything and will continue to write reviews and write complaint to Better Business Bureau Chamber of Commerce and whatever they associate with, Bucks county, PA state and USA all levels of business authoritys untill I get my money back!

It was a very pleasant and professional experience working with Dave and the staff on the replacement of my roof, siding and gutters after a major hail storm on 4/1/2023

I was wary of this company since they were coming door to door after a hail storm. One of my neighbors recommended them so I thought I’d give it a try. They called back and scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. Didn’t show up so I called the office to see what was up (I left work early for this appointment so I needed it to happen that day). They ended up sending someone else BUT the first guy who didn’t show claims he rescheduled with my husband, which wasn’t true. He didn’t even have my husbands contact info. So I don’t know what happened there. Fast forward a few days.my insurance company schedules a last minute appointment for the next day to look at the damage. I contact Justin that morning and apologize for the last minute notice to see if he’s available and didn’t get a response at all. I get it if he couldn’t fit it in at the last minute but at least acknowledge me. I was concerned about using them anyway since I can’t really find any reviews about their work, only that they are friendly and prompt (? !).

Edited to add that they contacted me several times after posting this review, offering a gift card to remove it.

Originally I felt extremely hopeful about approved contractors. Their representative Eric was incredible. However he left days after signed our contract. I then was handed off to the owner Anthony. He has taken my money and disappeared. We had a hold up with insurance.which approved was supposed to work with to get our roof covered. They never even put a tarp on our roof. I have called, sent texts. Nothing. At one point someone from the office called, but had covid and stated they would contact me the following monday.again nothing.aI realize we are small job but we still need a roof. We were originally going to do windows and siding. But again they have taken our money and disappeared.

They were very professional. Easy to communicate with. Thorough. Quality workmanship. Attentive to every detail right down to cleanup

We were contacted by a rep from this company about our townhouse roof hail damage, as were my neighbors on each side. We and one neighbor moved forward with getting new roof replacements which were scheduled and done at the same time. Approved Contractor’s rep was very helpful in getting the new roof covered by my homeowners insurance. The day of the job one supervisor arrived with a VERY large crew. The prep for the work and the clean up could have been better but from the ground the new roof looks good…but it leaked the night after installation. AC came out a few days later and thought they fixed it. After having someone from AC confirm a few weeks later that the attic insulation was dry and paying the bill balance, the roof leaked again during a subsequent rain. The owner came out a few days later and thought he identified the issue…the seam where my neighbors old roof meets ours. He addressed the issue, hoping what he did would take care of the leak. Again, after another rain, it is still leaking. We have again notified the owner…

My experience with Approved was fantastic from the first call to Jason. He was at my house within the hour to look at our roof. He did most of the leg work with contacting our insurance company. He provided almost immediate responses with every text. The roof installation was great and the installers have it down to a science. Very clean installation. I have recommended Approved and Jason to my neighbors and they will also be using them.

Approved was very easy to work with from the quoting process all the way through job completion. I needed a new roof, gutters and leaders. I went to three highly qualified contractors for quotes. Approved offered and provided upgraded Owens Corning materials for my project. Their price was highly competitive. There were no surprises throughout the installation process. I highly recommend Approved for your consideration.
