Technician called before arriving. Was able to perform service despite snow accumulation. Quiet and careful. Efficient professional.

Steve was wonderful. He listened and was thoughtful and courteous. His attention to detail was refreshing. He was respectful of my home and wore booties and a mask at all times. Took some extra time to knock down some icicles for me. Highly recommend Aptive for your pest control needs.

Apsolutly not effective service. I can only rate one star because there is no lower rating. Save your money use someone else.

Daniel Mcnemasis (sp?). Was the awesome technician that came over yesterday. He was professional and very knowledgeable with every question that I peppered him. We were having silverfish and mice issues. Dan took great care to handle both situations. I greatly appreciate Dan's effort especially given the excessive heat that we were having this week, Dan went above and beyond to address my concerns. Many thanks!

The second spray visit from Aptive Environmental was nothing less than WOW. The technician named Richard was courteous, pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable on insects, spiders, bees and rodents in the area and in general. Hope to see the Aptive brand work thoroughly throughout the next 3 months, and keep up the great work Richard!

I’ve left 3 voice messages requesting a reservice as there are bugs everywhere. No response and it’s all happened over the course of 2 weeks. Seems like the free reservice marketing pitch is a scam. Will not sign up to these guys again.

Tim did a great job. He was extremely professional and was extremely detailed. I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately after the initial service, the quality of their service left a lot to be desired. They also showed up to my house at 7am on 4th of July which was annoying. I have since canceled the service.

We have been with Aptive for over a year now and we continue to be happy with our service. Today Daniel was able to help us with Ants and a few big wasps nests around the yard. We are very thankful for the quick customer service and Daniel was very kind, courteous and helpful with his information and advice.

Rich got here right on time, very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. He's a really nice guy too!

Only treated the outside perimeter of the property and house inside is not bein treated therefore there are bugs inside the house.

Tim B arrived early, asked about my pest problems, explained what he would do and how long it would take, completed his work within the time he'd said, and was very friendly and professional.

Tim arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He explained the process and promptly began the service.

Aptive was at my home for the first time and was "Wowed" by Tim B. He called when he was on the way, waited for me as I was a few minutes late, and patiently reviewed what services were going to be completed. Previous providers would arrive without notice and leave an invoice when it was completed. Tim B.was not going to allow that to be our experience with him, and Aptive, and he made sure we going to be impressed with his services. Excellent first showing Tim B.and Aptive.

Caleer Miller did a good job in the initial cleaning.
Jonthony M did a great job in the cleaning. He even helped to spray wasp nests.

I requested a second visit because I noticed that spiders had come back. Chris came out and not only took care of the spiders but found a yellowjacket nest I wasn't even aware of. He promptly took care of that too. I am very satisifed with Aptive Environmental!

We recently switched to Aptive and have been very pleased so far. No questions asked when we saw some ants in our kitchen and asked them to come out. They came out within 48 hours. All the technicians have been super friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the more laid back coolness of their technicians.

Been a customer for 2 years plus. I am moving and wanted to cancel service. Hung up on twice. All the positive reviews are geared towards the nice people that come out and perform the job and NOT the company! I have been trying to cancel for 3 months now and have moved since. Ridiculous. Great SCAM!

We had our initial treatment today done by Zack Eldred. Zack arrived ontime and was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and efficient on treating both the inside and outside of our home. Hopefully any tecnician that arrives in the future does as well.

Had service with them for year. Still have ants the reason we contracted them for. This last time they showed up unannounced in a nondescript truck. Expressed we were upset and never heard from them so at this time canceling since lack of customer service and ability to resolve any issues with pests.
