Aqua Leisure Pools and Spas

Nothing but incompetence. We called to see if we qualify for a pool purchase in their online website area zone map, which we did, and were told yes. Told to come in and set it up. Keep in mind we are one hour away. Once there no one wanted to confess and admit that it was a mistake and they said no. Not even an apology for their screw up. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had pool installed. Left backyard a mess. Excavator said he left piles for installer to back fill. Installer said he doesn't backfill. Company said in contract that they don't backfill.

Very disappointed in dealing with Aqua Leisure. We had everything delivered June 7th and we’re told our pool would be put up 7-10 days once it was delivered. It is now July 6th and we are told it will be put up sometime next week. Kevin was and has been very nice but now we have to deal with Christina from the installation department. Very unprofessional. Says she’ll get back to you and never does. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Do not purchase a pool from them unless you are okay with waiting at least 2 months to have the pool installed. Also they like to have you pay in full only to find out after they do not have all the material. John from installations department is horrible doesn’t return calls and then gives you the runaround when he does. Installer canceled on me three times. I have made several attempts to speak to a manager left multiple messages and still have not heard back from anyone. They use covid as an excuse for there horrible service but when they sold me the pool I was told everything was in stock and pool would be installed three weeks or less. Sad to say I was lied to all they want is the sale and payment in full after that your on your own. Pathetic.

Very poor customer service. I purchased my spa there and although Kevin was knowledgeable, I've been trying to get filters and I'm told they're busy call back later they hang up on me. I went up there nobody can help me, Kevin is busy, it is so important to have the people working for you represent the business. You are only as good as the people working for you, well they just lost my money and I spent thousands of dollars there and I will not spend another dollar there again, it's a shame. Shop around before you make that kind of investment so that you make sure you have people that can help you afterwards.

Great experience fixing my pool issues. Came in with my green water, they tested it and helped me get my pool water back on track and swim ready. I will definitely be coming back for my future pool needs!

Awesome help! Had filter issues and they straightened them out. Now my go to spot for pool supplies!
