Worst service ever! Since day one my Wellis Spa needed a new part which took over a week to get, and Joe, the service manager, was beyond rude and condescending! Now the lights aren’t working (after 4 weeks of use) and 2 days later, still no return call from Joe. I don’t understand why they keep this guy on payroll, they need someone new for sure!

The worst experience ever I purchase a 27 round above ground pool from these people sales person Tod great sales person now as far as when it comes to the excavation and installing a pool you would wait for the whole season to be over with before they install your pool I waited so long to get my pool install we are in the month of august and they just finish installing my pool when the first step started with the excavation I clearly told the guys it’s a above ground pool every last of of the crews that came to my house stated that I could backfill my pool mind you the front of my pool is 2 feet deep I spoke to the owner of who makes the pool and he clearly said I can’t backfill 2 feet of my pool cause the pool is not made to be backfill so please customers if you buy a pool from these people which I hope y’all don’t please be careful I have a balance of 2,014$ for the installing of my pool my township doesn’t want to pass my inspection so I spoke to Joe from service he’s very disrespectful and demanding me to pay my balance or he’s taking me to court without even helping me with my situation he’s demanding a payment my backyard is a mess due to these people they are the worst people to purchase anything from don’t make the same mistakes I made

Great if you are buying a hot tub/ spa. Absolutely awful if you have a question or need help afterwards. They absolutely could care less. They don’t even have one person who knows the product that they sell and have no interest whatsoever. I had a question and literally 5 people just stood there and stared at me like how dare I come in to their store with a question about a hot tub that I bought from them…. The brand that they almost exclusively sell. If I worked there I would learn the products and TRY to be helpful.

Literally the worst. Unreliable, awful communication, tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale. Couldn't even be bothered to return my phone calls about installing the pool that I had paid 11,000.00 for. The sub contracted pool installers were definitely awesome though.

Excellent service! I called to make an appt because we were having an issue with our pool pump. The service fee sounded a bit high but I went ahead and scheduled anyway. The guys were here and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours! Definitely worth the price!

The service man, Joe, is terrible. When he does return your call, he is nasty and condescending. We have had to call 3 times in the past 3 1/2 years, and each time he has been rude. I spoke to several businesses that sell spas, trying to find someone to service ours, and they knew exactly where I bought our spa, without me having to say the business name. All I had to say is the name of the spa we have and that we are looking for someone to service ours. They said "Let me guess, you bought it at Aqua Leisure". Their deals at the fair may be the best, but long term customer service is terrible. Buyer beware!

Great place excellent staff. Bought a hot tub here and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Made my decision easy. I continue to buy my chemicals from them.
