Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! From workers AND manager Jim. It appears that they were upset because I did not purchase my pool from them and yelled to go back to the pool company where I bought my pool. Interesting to read the reviews that reflect the same experience that I encountered. I would have pref6to give a negative 5 star rating.

Excellent service and exceptionally fast response! The technician took the time to explain the problem and discussed future work that may need to be done. I called on Saturday and someone was here on Monday! Amazing since this is such a busy time of year!

I took our broken pool cleaner to them for repair. They sent it to their feasterville store where repairs are done. The technician there, Joe, called me about the cleaner, troubleshot for the problem, called me with updates and ordered parts by the next day. I recommend them highly. 5 out of 5 stars.

Very friendly and super friendly staff. If you don’t know anything about maintaining a pool they’ll walk you through things step by step.

Just wanted to mention how they deliver World Class Customer service and are very family oriented not like the larger companies but have everything to service your pool needs. Randy, Scott, Meghan and another young lady who works customer service are awesome!

From the owner to manager Becky you will hear nothing but lies and try to sell you old or they diluted chemicals. My pool guy took care of it told me never ever use them since they are knowing for this.

Amazing customer service! The friendly staff is quite knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to pool maintenance. They also stock a variety of products from toys & floats to pool equipment large and small. Have always found what I've needed without having to go elsewhere! (Be sure to ask about their rewards punch card.) Lastly, if you're not a DIY pool person, the service department does extremely well with both opening and closing the pool!

Always have what I need and their knowledge is unmatched! They take the time to find out exactly what is going on with my pool and tell me how to fix it!

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Horrible customer service over the phone and in person. They'll tell you one thing to get you in the door and another when you actually show up. There are plenty of other pool stores out there. Stay away from this one!

I rarely write reviews, in fact, I never do. But today I must. Megan of Aqua pools did a service call today. She quickly diagnosed my pool problems, and set up the follow up service; to be completed quickly. Her knowledge and professionalism was so impressive. I will be recommending Aqua Pools from this point forward.

Horrible place with very poor customer service specially after purchase made. Installing used parts and using diluted chemicals in your pool

USE OTHER GOOD LOCAL POOL COMPANIES OR AMAZON AT HALF THE PRICE FOR NEW QUALITY PARTS!
